  Although the hotel looked good in general we had some serious remarks. First of all the rooms assigned to us were unreasonablly small. It was nearly impossible to have a good shower, also because the door had to stay open, while clising was impossible when one had entered the bathroom. Moreover the toilet was not cleaned. I strongly suggest, when you would go there refuse one of the following rooms: 120,121,220, 221,320 and 321. Too small' For the price we paid the rest was reasonably oke. The food, made for too many people, was acceptable. Service was not good. Although very friendly, one had to go to get one's pre-dinner drink themselves from the restaurant bar, because the normal bar was closed.

  Great for its location and price

  We were there for a single night and I admit it was a pleasurable one. The staff is friendly and helpful, food in restaurant is great and rooms are fine if you don't expect luxury. All that in reasonable price, even during trade fairs in Hannover. There are some small issues with bathrooms (when it comes to placement of some elements) and you might not necessarily like one, long balcony for all rooms but all that are details which won't spoil your stay there.

  Nice guesthouse with great restaurant

  Have stayed here many times whilst visiting trade fairs in Hannover. The rooms are large and clean, typically what you would expect from a German guesthouse. The food in the restaurant is the real highlight though and the main reason for us coming back again and again.

  Excellent value in this friendly hotel with a great restaurant

  We spent two nights here on a motorcycle tour of Germany. The hotel is not new, but clean and with everything one needs. The staff are friendly and the restaurant excellent. We would definitely return.

  very unfriendly staff

  we booked a room for 6 days we left the hotel on day 2 we ask for one bottle of water when the restaurant was closed in the reception and it was very hot outside and they told us straight no they could not serve us we have to drive to the store 7 km for cold water and she was wery rude and pointed to the door where it says in German that restaurant opens 6 o clock funny thing we could by a bear at 2 a clock day before so this hotel stinks do not spend money on people ho dont respect the costumer
