  Fantástico hotel, muy recomendable

  El hotel ha cubierto todas las expectativas en todos los sentidos. En cuanto a la ubicación, se encuentra muy céntrico y tiene un remonte a 200 metros para acceder a las pistas. El servicio del hotel ha sido excelente ya que en todo momento, se han mostrado muy pendientes y atentos,dando un servicio muy personalizado. Las prestaciones del hotel están muy cuidadas y equipadas, cuentan con parking, y disponen de un ski room con radiadores para guardar las botas para que estas no pierdan calor. Por último,las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, acogedoras y están muy limpias, sin duda, el hotel es cien por cien recomendable.

  February Ski trip

  Stopped here for a week. - half board accomodation. Upon arrival Mrs Berger very kindly allocated us two single rooms rather than the twin that was booked. This was a lovely touch and made our stay a lot more comfortable. The food was all good - nice buffet with plenty of options and three course evening meal that was good fare - typically Austrian, in that it is not always what you are familiar with - but was perfectly good and always had option. Small bar at front was staffed by a lovely lady - worked hard and always hospitable. Overall the waiting staff and all front of house were great and friendly to deal with. Mrs Berger also patrols round to make sure everything is going ok!! The decor of the hotel could do with an update - if Im being picky! - however it is clean, warm and in a great location which is far more important to me. Also - a surprise Elvis night - which was very enjoyable as long as you don't take yourself too seriously. Lots of people dancing and having a good time - and that is what counts!!

  old tired and never 4 star - go elsewhere / avoid inghams

  So we booked this hotel in feb half term ( over £3600 for the pair of us ) , we reviewed photos of accomodation and thought whilst it looked very typical austrian it was of really good quality - how wrong we was !!! the hotel was clean but the food was dire ( school dinner quality ) the breakfast was buffet with a good selection however the evening meal wasnt anywhere close to accepotable . On the 3rd day we addressed our concerns to the head waiter who retorted " but its very tasty " ! The room was really old and tired with a view of the service yard under the hotel which sprang to life most mornings at 5 am , the shower was unusable for anyone over 5ft jhigh as it was built under a staircase - on return to UK i complained to inghams via iglu ski - i was given a £200 voucher to use with them nexyt year - to be honest this is a 2 star hotel at best and the servioce inghams and iglu provided was nothing short of shocking , please look elsewhere next year - dont use sport berger or inghams , i would have rated 1 star but stopped short as the staff and breakfast half made up for this dire experience !

  Great staff, great hospitality, very recommended

  great location in the middle of the town, very close to everything. the staff was really helpful, the food was good. it is also vegan friendly if that what you looking for. Lovely view from our room. Would definitely recommend and we hope to go back.

  Best hospitality services

  I stayed at Berger's in mid-July with my family and I can definitely say that it was they have best hospitality service in Austria. It is a family-owned hotel and they are really kind and considerate of their guests. They go the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable at best and even surprise you with small details. Although we announced that we are coming very late (after 11PM), the madam was very kind and thoughtful and even waited expressively for our arrival. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel has a nice vintage charm, you will feel like in a 50s movie. It makes the whole experience worth it. We had a great time there. The village is wonderful in any season! Thank you for everything!
