  5 star gourmet meals, friendly, clean, beautiful sauna

  I cannot recommend this hotel more. It has everything you would want or need. The staff are friendly and want to make sure your stay is perfect. Mira, from the restaurant was our server and she would bring our children their meals early with special treats like sprinkles and smarties on their ice cream for dessert. She always checked in with us to make sure we were happy...she even ordered in special gluten free bread for me! The meals were always incredibly delicious...5 course dinners, and a wonderful breakfast buffet with nice crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. The sauna and pool were great. You can wear swimsuits in the pool, but not in the sauna. I would recommend bringing shower shoes...we forgot ours. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable beds and quiet rooms. We couldn't have been happier with our stay here.

  Delightful Hotel in a Small Mountain Town

  Hotel Bergcristall is a delightful, full service hotel in the small town of Volerau in the Stubai Valley. The town has very few services, the hotel makes up for it. The food was wonderful both the breakfast buffet and supper. There are 2 saunas, a fitness center, a yoga studio and more wellness provisions downstairs. The hotel outside patio is an oasis of beautiful flowers, a fountain, comfortable seating and lots of privacy. The staff was also wonderful. We had a bit of a snag hiking the Stubai High Route (hut to hut) with a closed hut. We came down to the valley for the night we were to stay in the closed hut but did not have a plan to get to the next hut. The staff was very helpful with alternatives and we made the trip back up into the mountains without a problem.

  Excellent Hotel

  Hotel Bergcristall is in the small town of Volerau in the heart of the Stubai Valley (just south of Innsbruck). The rooms was spacious and very nicely furnished. Food at the hotel was wonderful, with an excellent full buffet breakfast and a multi-course evening meal. The hotel has 4 types of saunas plus an indoor swimming pool available for free, plus other wellness provisions. The hotel outside patio is an oasis of beautiful flowers, a fountain, comfortable seating and lots of privacy. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English making communication very easy. If you are looking to stay somewhere very comfortable in the heart of the beautiful Stubai valley, I'd highly recommend the hotel. The hotel also provided the Stubai Card, which provided free transport and access to lifts in the Stubai region.

  Great hotel!

  The SkiBus stop right in front of the hotels, good location of the hotel, close to the Stubaier Gletscher, comfortable beds, friendly service, great wellness area and swimming pool. The rooms are fully equipped.

  Nice place, comfortable hotel, friendly and supportive Staff, excellent food and convenient location - close to the Gondola to Stubai glacier and in neighborhood of the beautiful city. If You would like to stay independent- You need a car. Obviously there are buses...... Summarizing, highly recommended place to relax any way You wish.
