  Great place to unwind!

  I've stayed here on two occasions and it is the most amazing place you can be with the right company to just relax and enjoy the surroundings. This place is located 1 minute from the beach, most of the time you have it all to yourself. You can talk lovely walks or hire a taxi to take you around, reasonably price or get a rental depending on your length of stay. These apartments a nicely decorated and very airy, and gives you a feeling of home away from home. You have the choice to eat out or buy groceries and make your meals in the well equipped kitchen. I will recommend Bequia Beachfront Villas with hesitation.

  Within walking distance of cruise ship

  Having been on excursion from ship, we walked along beach to sit and have lovely icecream watching the boats. Beach for swimming nearby and saw beautiful red starfish in front. People were eating and drinking and a open relaxed setting.

  Seclusion, peace, quiet, with literally just a few steps from your bed to the beach

  This place is amazing, understated, comfortable, clean, with location and views to die for, really a hidden gem in Bequia. Friendly management and staff, ready to help and suggest things to do, it is a perfect hideaway spot for anyone who wants to relax in a great setting. Can accommodate anywhere from solo travelers to larger groups, including self catering options since a few of their apartments have full kitchen facilities.

  Trying to get some answers or Why will nobody call back?

  I really like the Villas, Went with the property saw a low price. booked it. I did not notice the no refund comment on the website for the cheaper $7/night fee. The next day on the web site while inadvertently looking at my reservation I hit a button and it canceled the reservation and reminded me I had lost my $3200 booking charges. I immediately called Expedia and they have been working to either reinstate the booking or refund the money!!!!! Property will not respond!! Very disappointed. Cannot understand why this is so hard to get a response

  Best Vacation Ever!

  We are experienced travelers and our 2 week stay in the 1 bedroom beachfront apartment was by far our favourite vacation to date! Spacious, high ceilings, good storage & two french doors to a large verandah steps away from the Sea! Kitchen has everything to prepare meals. An Island Style restaurant nearby or the Good Mood Cafe both on main road. Bagatelle at Bequia Beach Hotel is fancier & just down the beach. Bequia is a lovely blend of mostly locals with a smattering of snowbirds & some short term tourists. Although equipped with AC we only used the ceiling fans at night & were comfortable. Friendship Bay is a quieter side of the island. Swim & snorkel right out front. During our 2 week stay there was some sargassum for a couple of days, but it was raked up immediately &didn't cause a problem. We loved our daily beach walks. The area is quiet & safe. We rented a jeep but in hindsight we wish we hadn't. The taxis & local buses are plentiful & less expensive than a car. Bequia is very hilly, but the walk to Lower Bay or Princess Margaret Bay (& to Port Elizabeth from there) is quite doable - mostly downhill or gentle slope, a taxi or bus back if you don't want hills! George & Anna were spectacular hosts, very helpful & available if needed. George took us on a tour of some of the areas we had missed! Bernadette was amazing, friendly & went out of her way to make sure we had everything needed! Our main issue was that we loved the location so much we didn't want to leave!
