  Fall Colors in Smokey Mountains

  We took a long weekend trip to Gatlinburg, TN to see the fall colors, there were some pretty orange, yellow and still lots of green, perhaps we were too early, nonetheless, it was a nice getaway from our daily routines. We were a little disappointed in the golf course maintenance, if this is a Diamond Resort, they need to fix the many pot holes along the car path, very bumpy ride! Also, the greens needed a lot of TLC.

  2020 vacation

  Beautiful facility. Very clean. Great staffing! We will definitely stay with Bent Creek Golf course in the future. Looking for to vacationing here in the future. Indoor pool and hot tub is a plus and the outdoor grills available for guests!

  Fall Smokey Mountain Beauty in Effect

  Thoroughly enjoyed a fall trip to the smokey mountains. Selected the Bent Creek site because of the location and the amenities it had to offer. The suite was very spacious and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked f(dishes) for cooking. Really enjoyed the fireplace and the large tub in the bathroom. Nice sitting area on the deck with screened in porch with tables and chairs. The place was very clean. Truly a nice find about 12 miles outside of Gatlinburg. Cellular service was not the best but you do have wifi in the suite. Visited the first week of Nov and the leaves were absolutely beautiful.

  Bent Creek Is Not Family Friendly

  I booked a one bedroom at the Bent Creek Golf Resort for November 19th-21st , 2020 on Travelocitys website. The description said it sleeps 4 which is what I was looking for. My wife, three kids, and I were making the trip, but my son is only 2 so I didnt see the need to include him in the count when I was searching for sleep accommodations as he was going to be in a pack n play. We arrived around 9 PM after a 6 hour drive to check-in. The young lady at the counter then informs me they could not check me in because we were over the occupancy limit for the room. She was nice enough to check for a larger suite, but there were none available. Luckily, we were able to find a hotel room about a half hour away, but Diamond Resorts is refusing to refund our money even though we showed up and wanted the room. After a few attempts contacting the resort and spending a couple hours in the process of talking to customer service, we havent been successful. They refused to check us in yet took over $600 from us!! Hows that for customer service and being family friendly?!

  Wonderful Cabin

  Great cabin with awesome hottub on back porch.. Lovely fireplaces one n the living ng area and would be in master bedroom. Fully equipped... great guest services and staff. Awesome amenities. Secluded and very peaceful.
