  Good hotel in Voronezh

  I've been staying there for 2 nights only, but found the hotel good enough for my taste. First of I would like say about the staff - they are friendly: the receptionists gave smiles for me every time when I were passing the reception, the cleaning staff said "Hello" in the holes, the barmen in the restaurant made a conversation with me when I'd been seating i the bar for some time. I din't tray they English level, I am sure you could find an English speaking person there. But there was hot in room because there is no aircon or ventilator in the room.

  Good hotel

  The hotel is new the rooms big and clean. Buffet breakfast is served at tje restaurant and at the ground floor there is also a pub. Free wifi. Outside big private parking. I appreciated the politeness of the staff. Good rates.

  Don't expect any efficiency in service

  Had spent a night while on road trip. The hotel is big, but staff can barely handle check-in. We were in a group and the checking in took hours, even a query on wifi can create confusion. Nothing to do around. Food was good, even for vegetarians. Again no tea/coffee service in the rooms. ACs take long time to cool the rooms.

  Wonderful Customer Service

  We booked this hotel in Russia from the United States months before a trip. When we arrived at the hotel we realized we were too far from where we needed to be in the city and that without a car it wouldn't work. We explained our mistake to the front desk and though we were beyond the cancellation point, they allowed us to cancel without a fee which was very generous and understanding. The property was spotless and we were disappointed not to be able to stay there.

  Nice hotel with exceptional breakfast

  We stayed in this hotel about 5 years ago, but there's no option to chose an older day of the travel. Our daughter was 2 years old and was greeted with a small toy at the reception. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the breakfast. We stayed there over holidays and they offered us 50% discount for the room, which was super nice. We'll be back when we travel through the area.
