  Welcolming and clean.

  The hotel is very well located at the start of the short walk into Malcesine. We had two rooms; one with a pool/lake view one with a super mountain view. The breakfast was adequate and the rooms were spotless. It is a great place to be relatively anonymous and use as a great base for day trips. This facility suited both my mother (in her seventies) and my daughter (in her late teens!) The staff were especially enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. We are definitely booking this hotel again next year!

  Very friendly hotel and staff, spotless, good location and facilities. Would highly recommend . A pleasant 25 minute walk along the lakeside into Malcesine, Hotel pool an extra benefit and well positioned for relaxing .

  Lovely Lake Garda, fabulous hotel

  A great place to stay on Lake Garda with a very warm welcome on arrival. Lovely hotel, with lovely friendly and polite staff who were always happy to help and offer recommendations of things to do and places to see. Nothing was too much trouble and reception staff enjoyed giving us the benefit of local knowledge which helped make our holiday even better. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff clearly took great pride in their hotel and the service they provided us. Great choice of breakfast, highly recommended would definitely not hesitate to stay there again if visiting that area. Free on site parking, great views from 3rd floor balcony looking towards the lake. Nice comfortable rooms.

  If only all hotels were like this

  Probably the most enjoyable hotel we have ever visited irrespective of star rating. All staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The property is spotless with great facilities for a young family. Location offers many choices of beaches within a 5 minute walk, there is a small convenience store opposite for any necessities and the tourist bus stop into town is 2 mins up the road and runs hourly until 1am. Management can't do enough to ensure the wellbeing of guests and even offered to arrange a breakfast in time for our early departure. Advice offered on activities in the area was spot on and the dining room affords a lovely view over the lake. Such a wonderful relaxed but professional atmosphere we will be back. Don't change a thing.

  Best hotel on the lake

  Well where to start. We treated ourselves to the top floor rooms with big balcony and it didnt disappoint ! From the first moment we got there and roberto explained everything, gave us a welcome pack and even a drink - it just got better and better. Lovely family hotel even their little girl played on the small playground with our 2 year old son - so cute watching them trying to understand each other in different languages ! Hotel is spotless and so Covid safe !! Everywhere is so clean and the breakfast where they serve you works so well - other hotels should learn from this ! Location was brilliant and a steady 20 minute walk lakeside gets you into malcesine. On the advice - find pedros for evening meal !!! Only things to consider so I am fair is there is a small hill to go down / back up from the lake - might not suit all. Oh and the pool was cold but I braved it ha ha If we ever come back to lake Garda we will return to this wonderful hotel !!
