  Great Winter break

  If you can get a floor above level one. You will then be looking over the trees, and not through the trees. Ensuite bathrooms do not have a door, so no privacy from your bedroom, so having the second bathroom would be a must and was a wee bit of an issue with another couple with us. Space and amenties were excellent. You had everything you needed and very close to sheltered beach and shopping etc. Hosts were very helpful especially arriving late in evening. Quiet apartments and easy access with the lift. Not all apartments have lifts.

  Lovely spot for a break

  The apartment was lovely and bright and cheery. Views from balcony great. We were a short stroll from shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The beach and boardwalk were just opposite. Management were lovely to deal with, very welcoming.

  Great location

  Stayed for 3 nights on top floor apartment. The apartment did need a face lift it was clean but very dated the bed was uncomfortable and bedroom very warm at night, there was A/C in living room but not in bedroom there was a ceiling fan but very noisy, bathrooms needed an uplift location was great pool very small for amount of occupancy garages and parking space very tight above all apartment ok but definitely not 4 star as advetisef

  Great location, lovely hosts

  We loved our stay at Belvedere. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating of our sports trailer and parking. The room was great - spacious and clean and had a great fully contained kitchen. The verandah was brilliant - big and facing the ocean, very relaxing after a big day! Little pool but very clean and lovely to have a dip in. The only thing we could fault was that the bedrooms didn't have ceiling fans, that would have been nice but the rest of it was awesome!

  My daughter and her friends have just returned from a 5-night stay to celebrate finishing Year 12. They had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for making them feel very welcome. They are lovely girls who just wanted to hang out and go to the beach. They enjoyed cooking meals together and catching up on sleep. They said you were so friendly and warm. Their apartment was perfect. Thanks for looking out for them. It has been a very positive finish to a challenging year.
