  My parents where there and they liked the hotel but the staff was very very unfriendly..one man from the staff at the pool bar ignored them intentionally and didn't give them something to drink all day, this happened yesterday on 14 June.... ps: for the WLAN they needed to pay even they had all inclusive

  Cute Hotel in the Green Serenity

  I stayed in this gorgeous hotel June 2018 last year, the weather was just perfect in Antalya regions. Hotel is Perfectly located between the Kemer and Antalya and only 200 metres to the pristine beach. Surrounded by orange and lemon trees in the beautiful garden. Has a pool and pool side bar is quite enjoyable if youre spending time in the hotel. Great size room compared to price nice and clean. Reception stuff was friendly. And again compared to the all inclusive price range food is quality and good variety. All in all I can recommend this hotel. Easy to get either Kemer or Antalya with a cheap rate with public transport.

  Never again.

  This is a dirty hotel for russians with the small territory, all day cheap russian pop music, and annoying hammam-massage service. There is no free Wifi even at the reception. , They did not change bedding and towels for a week. The food was average.

  Terrible experience

  I wouldn't suggest to go to this hotel - stress free days/nights are not guaranteed... Rooms do not look like in photos, non of them are in good shape for customers.. If this is a 3star hotel, then I'm Paris Hilton... Electricity was down most of the time I spent there and administration wasn't looking to fix it asap, they were drinking and smoking by the pool, saying that they don't know what are we going to eat and how we are going to go to WC or in shower. No one apologized for the situation, more to it no one tried to fix the situation.. While some of the people were writing complains - one of the Hamam guys even provocated one of the guests to go and fight him, because he has mentioned some on the new arrivals that this hotel isn't the best choice.. 70 meters further form this hotel is hotel "Anita", same 3stars, but the attitude and service overall was a lot better... Wouldn't suggest.. U know no one doesn't expect amazing service from a 3star hotel, but this was too much.. As I understood all services performed in hotels territory are outside services, so everywhere you go - you pay.. We had ALL inclusive package - we got breakfast, lunch and dinner, beer and wine - the rest was for cost... :( Happy that we spent much time out of the hotel- that kinda saved our vacation from beeing straight up bad ...

  terrible hotel and everything about it

  The hotel was terrible, they say it is all inclusive but is not, The staff was terrible and rude and unprofessional, chasing you every day for a tip, they don't speak English, only Turkish and Russian (if you talk English to the staff they will ignore you). While we were on vacation there were a lot a people from Russia. Every day is the same, especially the music and the food. The food in the hotel was the same every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, only 2 or 3 thing are changed. When we arrived in the hotel they didn't give me a room, the made me wait in the lobby for 3 hours and in the end they told me to go and get a lunch in the restaurant. When you enter in the restaurant there is a terrible smell and when they open the windows you will see goats in the lot next door by the hotel etc. The hotel doesn't have lift and i had to carry a 20 kg luggage upstairs to the room, I went to take a shower and there wasn't any hot water. After taking a cold shower, I went to speak to the manager and they told me that there is a problem and they will fix it. It took them 3 days to fix the problem and after 5 days of complaining and arguing with the staff finally my room was cleaned . Also the bar opens at 10.00 o'clock and closes at 22.00 o'clock, but the funny thing is they are always short on something for example: coffee there is a machine in the lobby, the bar and restaurant. You can press cappuccino, the water comes, the coffee, but there is no milk. In the bar the they serve alcohol not in glass cups.
