  Ok trip

  We war there to celebrate our sons's first birthday. They gave us free upgrade to a junior suite with a nice view. Reception staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast needs to be improved. Its not really up to four star standards. One of the highlights of our stay was a guy in service( mr. Gregov). This guy knows how to serve and take care of his guests. It would be great if other guys would learn a bit from him. In general our stay was ok.

  Surprised this is a 4 star

  I booked this online based on Booking.com reviews and pictures. I was disappointed in the facility. It is located in a lovely spot, but the facility itself inside is very sterile and without any character. I also expect a minimum level of amenities in the rooms in a 4 star hotel. Plastic drinking cups do not cut it. No coffee maker. The restaurant was average at best. The staff was friendly if asked for something, but did not go out of the way to be welcoming. I would not go back.

  Good value for money, centrally located for skiing in Tyrol

  Nice hotel, ideal for visiting with groups and/of children. We visited for skiing purposes, Jerzens Hochzeiger is 30 min away, Pitztal gletcher is 50 min. Sölden is similar, but we did not go there. So The hotel centrale located, of you do not mind a little car trip in the morning. There is a separate area to store skies and heat your skiboots during the night. I would not give the hotel 4 stars, rather 3 or 3,5. But the hotel is good value for money, has a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sauna (x3) complex. The restaurant is also good, as well as the waiters. Breakfast is also good. Wifi is 15 euro for a week, and only good reception near reception area. A pitty for this price.

  Great value, location, food and service

  Having booked through Aldi and only then read the reviews on trip advisor we had vey low expectations. Thankfully they were exceeded on every level. High above the village with spectacular views the hotel is in a very quiet location ideal for hiking or mountain biking or just sitting on the terrace and enjoying the view. You can hire e mtbs or just mtbs from reception and we did a fab route down into Tarranz through the forest and then along the valley and then back. Cant fault breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner. The staff were extremely helpful and if anything needed topping up on the buffet a simple request was dealt with instantaneously. The wellness is a little odd in that the bio sauna is a little too cool and very bright and the hot sauna a bit too hot and small (4 people max) and the steam room was out of order. But it did not stop anyone from having a relaxing session. The vast majority of the guests are Swiss and many with (well behaved) children. Out two bigger teenage sons really liked the hotel and the food. We all agreed we would come back and stay again thanks to our great experience.

  Absolutely fine. Come here calmly.

  More than 1000 meters above sea level is a perfect place to relax. There is no noise, neither in the shelter nor outside. The room is clean and comfortable. It is very good to sit on the balcony and admire the scenery. The young staff is kind and helpful. Maybe there are a few, because the service is a bit slow. The restaurant is great, very delicious and plentiful with all dishes. A small problem: the wifi system should be improved- Sometimes there was a signal in the room, but rather there was no wifi at all. It was nice to sleep here, comfortable, clean, in a great place, very good air, perfect silence.
