  Affordable

  Our room was small with no reading lights near the bed. Close enough to the water if you are a walker. Best part was the attached Burger Plus restaurant on the street. Motel staff were not overly helpful. Good luck trying to figure out the free wifi. I thought it funny they had a certificate in the office proudly showing a score of 8.5 for guest satisfaction or something similar.

  Once you pay, you become servant-Think before you book

  I book a twin room in Jan 2020 via booking.com for a night with family. I didn't check that it was a non refundable room. As the booking was made 3 weeks before the date, I was begging to refund. After making several emails, phone calls I couldn't get any refund. I wanted to speak to manager many times, waiting on the phone. They advised to call back on a different time. I did, I couldn't speak to manager at all. I left my contact and request to call back, nothing happened. Couple of times receptionist said you got the cleaner line, that's how they were lying. I have contacted booking.com. They couldn't help as it was up to hotel company to refund. I have found lot of their rooms are non-refundable, that's possibly services are poor and rooms are not as they described. Once you pay, you are stuck. I would suggest, you spend your money wisely, so you don't waste you holiday. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

  Poor customer service

  Upon sighting this place, it looks like a prison - not much like the photos. I didnt get as far as the rooms...I ended up booking elsewhere that was nicer. This was due to the motel itself having minimal if not offhand communication about the policies. Being notified I wasnt to have ANY visitors was a total inconvenience since I had organised friends for drinks that evening. Needless to say, the reception dont even bother opening their door until 2pm and my concerns were met with little to no care and havent received any communication since. I wouldnt recommend staying here - there are better places with helpful AND OPEN reception facilities that are similar price range in Geelong.

  Good Motel and helpful staff

  This is a clean, tidy motel. Remember its a MOTEL not a Hotel so there are some differences. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff is friendly. Downers: a bit noisy due to the location and the internet is only to check emails, although in saying this they offered to give me more codes for my daughter. Location is good to get to the esplanade.

  Disgraceful

  I am writing this review because the customer service at this hotel. Is non exsistant.. I paid $330 for an overnight stay. Ok check in time states 9pm latest. But i was gunna be running 10min late roughly. I got in touch with hotel at 730pm And informed them of this due to flight delays. Which are out of my control.. And on ringing the hotel. Was told in a very abrupt manner. To bad. You will not be able the check in. They wouldn't leave a key out. Or consider anything to help.. And on top of that. They charged me the full amount. And refused so any respect.. Bear minimum they could of offered me a credit. To be used at a later date.. So its a principle to me as much as the loss of $330. So i now strong suggest to new customers Please don.t support them. As this type of action by them. Is wrong.. I.m disgusted And will tell as me folks as i can.. Thanks
