  I have never seen such a filthy place. I walked in my room and almost cried. The AC had dirt caked in the vents. The bathroom was filthy. The stairway had mounds of dirt in between each post. I didn't even want to put my bags down in fear of bugs. I asked for a refund 10 minutes after I checked in and they would not. Either way I left as fast as I could. I would rather sleep in a tent in the woods.

  Hazardous to your fingers!! Awful experience!

  If this is the last place on earth and you MUST stay here, Be aware and be very very careful when opening the windows! Some of them are faulty and slam down and can crush your fingers and hand like they did mine or thumb tip like another individual who doesn't want to report it for personal reasons. These incidents happened in different rooms by different windows and management definitely knows about it and has not fixed the situation. I just hope it hasn't happened or doesn't to any children!! (Or anyone) It still hurts to shake hands!! and it isn't right because it could have been avoided. It is negligent and a shame. And the bathroom showers have black mold. The staff however are nice and friendly but do yourself a favor and Find somewhere else because it is not the end of the world yet!

  Disgusting

  The only reason I would give it a 1 star as opposed to a 0 (if I could) would be due to the location and the staff. Other than that, it was terrible. There was mold in the shower, dead bugs on the window sill, stains on the bedding, crumbs on the night stand and all of the appliances were unplugged. The toilet wasn't even square to the wall. The "breakfast" was Dunkin Donuts that they leave out all day with flies swarming around it. If you are in your early 20s and looking for a play to jerk around, or looking for a place post-prom, this is for you. If you are looking for a nice get away, spend the extra couple hundred dollars and get something nicer. We left a day early because we were not comfortable sleeping there. It was just disgusting.

  Horrible experience, would give 0 stars if I could

  We waited 15 minutes just for someone to come to the counter to check us in. The whole time there were 2 little kids running around ( I think the receptionist's grandkids) and people were smoking weed out on the front porch, which just blew right in the open doors. The one kid was terrible, telling people to get out of his way, jumping on the couch, and running behind the counter banging on the computer. When the reception lady finally came to check us in, she had to drag the kid out from behind the counter by his arm, and call one of her family members to come take him. We immediately asked if we could cancel our reservation, and she had the nerve to ask WHY. When we mentioned the marijuana, she ADMITTED that people were smoking and she would tell them to stop, but it was a non-refundable reservation. She promised to have the owner contact us. The room itself was disgusting, but we were honestly too upset about the check in process that we didn't even have time to complain about it and all of its broken pieces. The owner's mother checked us out in the morning, and just smiled and shook her head when I told her how horrible it was, as if she already knew. She also promised me her son would be in contact, and of course he never was. Honestly, spend the money to stay elsewhere, if not for a nicer room than for better service.

  Terrible!!

  I had a terrible experience. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold the first night I arrived. After my stay, I noticed they charged me an additional $250, accusing me of smoking in the room. I do not smoke, nor will I ever will. I was very upset with them, and would not be surprised if customers in the past had the same issues, based on reviews and their rudeness. Please avoid this place!! Better to sleep in your car.
