  Amazing!

  From beginning to end the staff were second to none. An absolute pleasure and so friendly. Especially to people who may not know the language. We would suggest this quaint hotel that sits on the foothills over looking the beautiful landscape that makes this small town the diamond that it is

  Bellevue Am Waldrand 24, Seeboden

  This was my first stay at this property and 8th visit to Seeboden. Extremely small room and bathroom and huge window with a view. Breakfast was good and wi-fi fast enough. The staff is nice, pleasant and helpful. The parking is free.

  Short visit

  We stayed at the hotel for a few nights. If you expect 4 star service, you'll be dissapointed, but if you don't expect too much, you'll be fine, specially if you get good price. Positioned at the top of the hill with a nice view and nothing special in the surroundings. Rooms nice, nothing special (safe, fridge), equipment outdated, but some rooms are new. Wi fi working nicely. Food good. Breakfast offers eggs, salami, jems, cheese...For dinner are three choices: meat, fish and vegetarian. Soup and salad you choose from buffet, main dishes are served. Pool and sauna quite new or renovated. Staff efficient, service kind and fast. Ok value for the money.

  Slightly good hotel

  We spent a week there with my family and I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Firstly, as the name suggests you will have a breathtaking view to the Millstätter see, but only if you pay for the lake view rooms. The rooms are clean in general, altough I am not sure if they actually clean the rooms every day. The only negative thing about the rooms, especially during the summer time is that the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning system. There are smaller rooms with an amazing view to the mountains and the lake, looking West, but every day during sunset your room is changed to a sauna. It is extremely hot, with no options to change the hot air because even warmer air will come in the room if you open the window. I would not call the pool area a wellness area, because you only have one big pool with the temperature of a swimming pool and three or four saunas. For fitness, you can choose which bike you want to ride in the gym. The quality of the service was poor in general. There are eight people in the service staff, from them two or three waiteres/waitresses actually cared about us, the guests. During breakfast or dinner the table was always filled with used plates so either you take the plate back to the kitchen or you ask them to take it away. The breakfast was always the same, the dinner style changed between a la carte or bufet. For me the food in general was dreadful, the only night I could enjoy a delicious dinner was the Italian bufet night. You can play pool, darts or table football, each of them costs one euro/game. There are some rather strange rules in the hotel, like you can not drink or eat your own food outside your room, if you get caught they will charge 10 EUR. All in all, the hotel is great with a splendid view to the lake and the surrounding mountains, but the service is quite poor.

  Big rooms and wonderfull view of the lake I recomend the rooms with the lake view as the other ones were small The pool area was peacefull and also the sauna area Nice staff Very good food - we had halfboard
