  Great feast in comfortable surroundings

  We stayed for a weekend while exploring McLaren Vale. We were served a breakfast feast and friendly service. It is located an easy walk to main street where there are several places for dinner. This was a perfect place to stay

  Weekend gateaway

  Excellent stay with great breakfast and hospitality. Also, there were many amenities to be enjoyed in the home as well. Loved the good spread of breakfast, ensure sufficient time in the morning for the full breakfast experience. Highly recommend

  Very Welcoming!

  My partner and I stayed here for one night for a quick weekend getaway. Before check in, they were were very polite and accommodating with the change in check in time then we originally stated. Upon arrival we were very friendly greeted and we were made to felt welcome straight away. We were informed of the most recommended places to dine in a very helpful manner. We also had a place in mind, in which they checked to make sure it was open. The room was comfortable and very clean. It was a good mix of a hotel style feel to it but also with the relaxation of it being a bed and breakfast too. The adjacent kitchen and dining room is very comfortable with an outdoor patio area. For what we required this weekend it had more than enough. When we arrived home there was a complimentary port waiting for us which was a nice surprise. Now for the best part! The breakfast! Wow, what a surprise! They definitely know how to put on a good breakfast. When you take into account the quality of the breakfast and what you would pay a restaurant then it justifies the price for night. The only suggestion I would have would just to mention on the form that it would take an hour to enjoy. Just so guests can plan, but don't change a thing. It's a true reflection of your hospitality skills and your drive for customer care. Overall, it a wonderful place to stay with wonderful and accommodating hosts. The location is perfect for easy access to town and the wineries. We will happily stay there again.

  Great service and food

  Immaculate bed and breakfast with everything you could ask for as well as a few extras. Four course breakfast was wonderful in lovely outdoor patio. Short walk to restaurants and wineries. Would highly recommend

  Thin walls

  2 bedrooms in a suburban house. It is not cheap, hotel prices for a B&B. Missed the driveway initially. The host Ciaran is very friendly and helpful. Nice touch to leave complimentary port for the evening. The breakfast is generous. Main complaint is the thin walls. You can easily hear the guests in the next room across the corridor. In the morning we were woken up by the guests talking. So dont plan to sleep in which was annoying as this is the one thing we enjoy when we are on holidays.
