  Hotel muy confortable. El personal muy atento y amable

  El personal es muy amable siempre atento y con una sonrisa. Muy limpio y confortable. La cocina muy Buena por cierto la cocinera estuvo en Italia as;i que hay que pedir pasta. Tranquilidad y un oasis dentro de Addis abeba

  The worst hotel ever

  The worst hotel service ever first the rooms aren't clean and there is no shampo in the rooms and the towel have brown stained and the pillow have a makeup sposts and no any action even after we told them those points. second there is no wifi and the empoly keep laying about it and saying its will work after 5 min and the hole day didnt come then we knew that its not working sinces days but the keep laying Third and the important that the reception steal from the visitor as the hotel have an offer for the clients but the recption guy make pay higher price and put the money in his pockets and there wasn't any action from the management when they know that so if you have important things in your room you have to be careful as if there is any problem happen the mangemnt will not help

  Stay away!

  We spent two nights at this hotel with our 2 children. The first was a Thursday night and there was music from the bar/disco (we were on 5th floor, bar was on 8th floor) but it ended around 11 pm. Friday night the bar played extremely loud music which lasted until 4 am. It was not possible to sleep even with earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. When I called the reception at midnight they told me the music would end at 2 am. When I called at 2 am they told me 3 am (at 3 they told me 3:30 am, at 3:30 they told me 4 am), etc. The staff obviously did not care that they were keeping 2 children awake all night (and 2 adults). If they had told us that Friday night would be very loud we would have been happy to move to a different hotel but instead they said nothing. Other issues: the food was not very good, the twin beds were rock hard. The wifi went down for an entire day and hotel staff kept saying it was back up but it was not. If you are considering the hotel keep in mind that it does not have a gym. This trip was probably our only trip to Addis and I am sad I spent the time at this horrible hotel.

  Nice hotel - can do better

  Well located in a quiet side street off a busy intersection of multiple roads and within reasonable distance of hte Airport. Staff are very good and helpful. The restaurant is a nice one and well managed. Breakfast spread is fine with good fresh fruits on offer. The hotel offers free drop offs to some nearby points in the city if reserved in advance. The minus points - airconditioning did not work throughout my two week stay. The hotel arranged for a pedestal fan for my room. Though for most of the year AC is not needed, some months it is required. Promised hotel vehicles for pick up from airport did not arrive and the telephone number given in the website was wrong.

  What a great shame.

  This hotel has such great infrastructure and fantastic location, great views and suites. If managed well it could easily be a 5 star hotel. But it is totally unbelievable how they decided to open a disco on the top floor. One really wonders what their marketing strategy is it boggles the mind? What a stupid, stupid business decision it was to put a disco in what could have been a classy, quiet, top notch hotel. I mean it does not take a rocket scientist to see that the type of clientelle the hotel can hope to attract and expect is guests that want peace and quiet whilst enjoying the views, because the hotel is not located anywhere near an entertainment centre such as bole, edna mall in fact it quiet out of the way on the Yeka hills. Moreover the bulk of their guests are middle aged and over, whom i am sure dont care much for blaring loud pop music. What a great,great pity this hotel is being managed in such a way. The noise that disco generates on a daily basis just makes it another unlivable stupidly managed addis ababa hotel. If they dont change they will soon go broke. I for one am not returning. My 5 days was made hell because of that really loud, wall shaking music. When i complained to a manager by the name of Thomas he seemed not to care. And lastly the food was not good and cooked by quiet a belligerent self overating cook.
