  Great apartment and wonderful service

  We stayed at Belle Haven for 7 days. The apartment was great and within walking distance of 2 great beaches. We have nothing but praise for Nick and Bianca who went out of there way to help us. Nick got us a hire car for a great price and organised s catamaran trip for us. He personally picked up the car and delivered it to the apartment then took it back. He would do anything to help Our only small criticisms was the poor choice of English tv stations (bbc world) and the lack of toiletries and loo rolls. Would recommend

  Home away from home

  this is a amazing place for entire family.location is so strategic and has nearby beautiful beaches. Nicolas is an amazing person,he was really helpful and even accommodated us with late check out as our flight was late in the evening. overall will rate 5* if you are looking for apartments with all facilities in the happening area.

  Your one stop vacation

  If you are debating where to stay, choose this place. Not only are the apartments beautiful, clean and spacious AND close to TWO beaches, but the staff are out of this world. They are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They will guide you around the area with recommendations about where to go and where to avoid. They prevented us from going to stores where the prices were far too high (we did a comparison) and organised tours for us (prices were very good and comparible to tour companies). They go above and beyond and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. Beautiful pool on site and washing machine along with full utilities. We don't want to leave!

  Different than expected

  I've booked a luxury apartment but unfortunately got a standard appartment without refund of the price. You get cheaper apartments of the same standard for less money in trou aux biches. On arrival 8pm apsrtment was not cleaned properly, hairs were everywhere. We waited for the owner who cleaned it so that we could move in at 11pm after 30hrs travelling. Beside the wrong apartment category the extractor in the kitchen did not work, no toilet paper was provided, not even simple kosmetics like soap. Towels were changed irregularily every 3-4 days and mostly incomplete probably cause of delays of the laundry service. The safe was also not usable as it was locked by someone. If you find it for a price of other standard apartments nearby it could be worth two choose if you can live with the points I mentioned above. In all other cases have a look for another place. Never the less the owner always tries to be nice and supportive but at the end he earns money with it, I'm also always nice in my job. If we woudnt have paid that much and if the expectations caused by apartment fotos wouldn't have been totally different I would have had enjoyed the quite standard stay. Best regards Martin

  Perfect place

  We have stayed in this apartment three times. Very convenient location between two beaches, choose any supermarket and several cafes nearby. Nicholas and Bianca are wonderful people who are always ready to help with any questions.
