  Will not ever go back if I can help it!!!

  I was booked in for 1 night at the hotel, I was told by reception that dinner served from 18h00 - 22h00 and breakfast from 06h00 until 10h00. Me and the fellow guest were served supper 20h55!after we've been told several times the food will be ready now now! Our meeting started at 09h00, we sat down for breakfast 07h35, breakfast of half of it arrived 8h35! we had to leave without hardly having breakfast. Rooms are pretty but outdated, no fresh milk only cremora, TV old block TV's and only e-TV channel playing clear, the toothbrush holder was broken (glass with a big piece chipped off), no hairdryer in the hotel room at all. The pool is green and unkept. There is also a sign in room informing guest that they will be charged if they take the shampoo/lotion bottles as they are refilling it, but I think its just a way to tell customers to leave the things they don't. Hotel interior beautiful but that is all, the air-con in the room only run's for a minute then it switches off automatically and you cannot switch it on immediately. Not impressed will never stay there again if I can help it worst experience ever for a place charging R1300 per nite. They over booked and 2 of my colleagues were forced to share a room. I can understand owners wanting to save money but please not at your customers or service delivery expense. If you are only interested in sleeping at the hotel its OK don't expect supper or breakfast on time. Rather order in! At that rate they don't even offer free wifi!

  Avoid this place at all cost!!

  Traveled on business. On arrival we were told dinner will be served from 6. We went to dinner around 7 and only received our food at 21h30!! The waiter went to go buy softdrinks across the road somewhere,o there was not even a choice of what you could drink. We were told that the food will arrive shortly every time someone asks how long we must still wait. I wasted my time waiting for food the evening as well as the morning. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6 but we only got breakfast at 8h30 after we told them the night before that we need to leave by 07h30 for the latest for a meeting. Cold water tap was not working in my room, tv was broken, service of staff was poor....I just WONT recommend this place to anyone...pictures look perfect on the internet and the place looks decent in reality but the service....the service sucks!!

  Belle Done Hotel and Spa

  Everything about this place is perfect!! The Spa treatments and IV Drips are a wonder!. I enjoyed the fact that the place is has privacy and is very cosy. The Staff members are trained so well and they take customers seriously. Thanks for such a great experience

  Hotel went down quite quick

  After my very good experinces at this Hotel the managment became poor and the quality of the hotel is not good anymore. I was a guest for a long time and now I moved to another place. I cant recommend the hotel anymore.

  Terrible Experience in Belle Done

  I had such a terrible experience , I booked for Spar months ago and we had 14:00pm appointment. We got there on time and then the massage session started while we were still busy they told us our time is clatching with another couple's time. I don't know whether we were not that important or what but they chased us away. They just undermined us.
