  We stayed at Hotel Bellavista in Oct 2016! Hotel is very nice and clean! It is situated just along road from SMN station so ideal location to all the main attraction. Welcoming staff and fantastic view from balcony made it a great trip!

  Fantastic hotel, food and service.

  In 2008, I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had a very good experience. In 2018, we stayed for one night, with a similarly great experience. The hotel is situated on a hill top called San Baronto in the heart of Tuscany, just a few kilometers down the hill is Vinci, the birth place of Leonardo. The hotel offers a fantastic view over Tuscany. There is a pool. Our room had a terrace with a view towards the west, for maximum sun exposure. The staff is very friendly, and they speak good english. We ate at the restaurant, and I ordered "the same seafood pasta as in 2008", and even though it was not on the menu anymore, the waitress knew exactly what I talked about, and she could serve this course with a smile. The food is great. The hotel is perfect for those who want to go to Tuscany and experience the beautiful culture and environment. San Baronto is a well-known climb among cyclists, and you see road cyclists all the time. If you want to go cycling, this is a perfect location.

  Family run gem in Tuscany

  I have stayed here many times and each visit surpasses the last. With a sunny swimming pool, quiet rooms, air conditioning in most, a lift to get up up to the upper floors for several rooms, fabulous views of the Tuscan countryside. It has a great restaurant, inside if necessary but served out on the terrace whenever possible, serving modern style food as well as traditional they have their own wood fired Pizza oven there is something for everyone and it is all cooked fresh and with love and is tasty and varied. Mamas mixed fish is a firm favourite! Served with lots of lovely local wines offered by the very knowledgeable Rachele and her wonderful team, this can be followed by the naughtiest but nicest Tiramisu or other sweet treat. Breakfast is good and a wide selection of home cooked pastries and savoury tarts are served alongside the usual hams, cheese, yoghurts, cereals and fruit with juice and constant flow of tea or coffee. The service is fantastic and the ambiance great which is why I keep going back!

  Amazing Staff and Location

  We felt like hitting the jackpot! The perfect location accessible to all main cities in Tuscany. Beautiful views from the rooms and the swimming pool. Wonderfull food homemade daily. Careful attention from all the crew, very attentive and able to deliver the best tips for all the issues on traveling around. Feels like family! Thanks Raquelle and company!

  Review of hotel Bellavista and my experience

  I stayed at hotel Bellavista in September, I think the hotel is very basic and in need of a complete renovation, However the area is nice The room is outdated by 30 years, bathroom is a walk in and toilet and shower didnt function properly, light was broken in the room and some power units werent working to charge mobile The service I think was poor considering the price as rooms werent cleaned daily and for reception services you would wait more than 20 mins at times for someone to come. I also explained the issues to a member of staff at checkout and they were quite rude and not willing to listen. If you are wanting a nice hotel in San Baronto I would recommend hotel Monte, good value for money and friendly people
