  A pleasant, family-run hotel

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights on a Travelsphere holiday. The hotel has 87 rooms and two suites on three floors - thirty superior rooms have air-conditioning, and only four rooms have balconies. We had paid extra for a room with a lake view, but were disappointed that the room had no air-conditioning (only a fan) and we could hardly see Lake Levico. We were in Room 148, and there was a security safe (no charge and the key + lock barrel were available from reception), TV with 200 channels (only two were English speaking - BBC24 and CNN), tea-making facilities (no coffee or milk), fridge, mini-bar (bottled water only), two cupboards for hanging clothes with plenty of hangers, drawers for clothes, four pillows for the double bed, and a telephone. WiFi was available, but it was difficult to set-up via Facebook or our mobile phone (I could not see any routers around the hotel so this might explain why reception was so poor). The bathroom was well equipped - bath with shower over, toilet, bidet, large basin, shaver point, hairdryer, anti-skid mat, numerous towels and even a washing line! The breakfast selection in the restaurant was good (but there was a lack of fresh fruit), with an outside sitting area for meals, The dinner menu had three choices on each of the four courses. There was a bar, a spa and swimming pool. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a piano in reception! Our fellow travellers complained about the lack of hot water in the rooms (although we did not experience it), and the level of decoration in the rooms was adequate. The walk to Lake Levico takes about 15 minutes, and to the centre of town about five minutes. A pleasant family-run hotel, that just misses out on being an excellent place to stay.

  Good hotel good food excellent staff

  Excellent hotel in Levico Terme, Trentino-Alto in the Italian Lakes. The staff worked wonderfully hard and yet were very pleasant and sociable. Food was very good but not outstanding. Pool area good and spa very nice indeed. We had a superior room which was spacious well maintained and well serviced. My only minor issues were that one had to queue for coffee at breakfast and that the static ventilation in the bathroom was not particularly efficient. Otherwise an excellent hotel well worth a visit.

  Top Quality in Nice Surroundings

  Lovely well managed hotel just a short stroll to Levico centre, but a vigourous walk down to the lake. The town centre is full of interest. The hotel staff are so helpful and our room was very 'Italian' and had a super distant view of the lake. All spotlessly clean with top class swimming pool and vitality suite. Cracking breakfasts and buffet dinner nights.

  Perfect for a relaxing week end

  Nice and relaxing week-end with family. Rooms are big, efficient and tidy the hotel is in a very convenient location short walk from the lake and also from the town and thermal Centre. Food mostly regional is very good. The swimming pool with warm water and nice view very good to spend relaxing hours.

  Holiday stay at BellaVista Hotel

  We were in BellaVista for a couple of days of our holiday. A very nice hotel at a beautifull location. The people from the hotel were very kindly. Breakfast was good and Nice clean rooms. There were some rules because of the coronavirus, but that gave us a safe feeling. We enjoyed our stay and and recommend this hotel.
