  Luxury and location

  We were among the original owners at Bellasera so I think I should disclose that right off the top. That being said, we have enjoyed many visits to this beautiful property; some of short duration, sometimes for months at a time. Our 2 units are upper corners and our views are stunning. The quality of design and furnishings are what you would expect at a high end resort and the proximity to the golf courses (the Bear and the Quail) is extremely convenient. We find ourselves watching aircraft taking off and landing from the airport as part of the entertainment package, and remain very pleasantly surprised at the quiet of the property. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. All this, and we are just 15 minutes to downtown Kelowna!

  Anniversary Trip

  My husband and I recently stayed at Bellasera for our 16th wedding anniversary. We had purchased a Groupon and stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The condo was very spacious and had all of the luxuries of home. Front desk was very accommodating. The individual gave us a local map of Naples and pointed out places of interest. The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of all of the restaurants. We did not have to use our vehicle at all during the trip; except to get groceries from the local Walmart[which was 3 miles away]. Bellasera offered bicycles and you could have use of them for 3 hours at NO CHARGE. We rode bikes to breakfast and around the area. There is a restaurant on the first floor [we did not have an opportunity to eat there]. The pool area was beautiful and offered private cabanas [at no additional charge]. We will definitely stay here again!

  Fantastic

  Stayed here for three weeks. Great location. Great accommodation. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff especially Terry on reception. Lovely pool area. Great bar and restaurant. Couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Hoping to go back again soon.

  Love it there!

  My family has stayed there for a few years in a row, and are planning a longer stay then our usual next summer. It is beautiful and quiet, and we make a lot of use of the pool and the golf courses. Love it!

  Nice Location, Decent place. Needs better up keep.

  This is a high end property and was very nice when built. Quiet and great views. Just needs a little work on maintenance and housekeeping. Burnt out bulbs, cleaning stuff left on couch and counter, kettle not working, livingroom tv audio not working (reported but not fixed for the week I was there) etc. For the price you would expect it to be well maintained, stayed here to inspect as was looking at a unit that was for sale. Ok just not impressed. Good size for a family though, just not as good as it was previously based on the reviews.
