  4* no way

  We travel to Italy for years and it is the first time when 4* seem to be a joke. Room... Stinky bathroom, small so 2 people can barely move there, shower cabin so small that I could barely turn around and if I had few Kilograms more no way to use it. Room looks like it went through the last refurbishment 15 or 20 year ago. Food in the hotel....ok for formula one type of a hotel may be for two stars or worst three stars... But it is far away from Italian great standards we had for years and for the same or less money. Room of our friends stinked like sewege and they had only one room card per room which means we had no way to live the rooms and charge phones in the same time...also when I asked for a blanket to cover a bed they said they have nothing like that. 4 stars room and no blankets!!!??? And it was superior room!!!! General look and feel of the hotel and rooms is no more the 2 stars. I could give it 3rd only because of one waiter which tries to fill in the quality gap. Not recommended at all. Piotr

  Horrible experience

  I always travel to Italy for skiing and ive stayed in 4* hotels before , this hotel is a joke ! Rooms look awful and are in bad state, food is horrible most of the time we have to eat out and staff are so rude and helpless. Swimming pool is tiny and water in jacuzzi is cold. Really can't say a good thing about this place! Definitely not a 4* hotel it's disgusting!

  Deserves no more than 3* not for 4*

  GOOD: Very helpful receptionist - Mr Dragos and very nice room cleaning service. Clean and reasonably large rooms, cleaned every day, clean bedlinen (real and new duvet, not blanket wrapped in a sheet). A very well-functioning skiboots dryer in a skiroom. A large parking lot. Rental equipment directly at the hotel. Bidet in the bathroom. Large wardrobe, safe box, efficient heating in the room. Swimming pool with hydromassage. TO IMPROVE: Not enough space for the skis in the skiroom and no lockers. To hard beds in my room. Poor food, during the breakfast often lacked products. Scrambled eggs awfull, coffee at breakfast from a thermos. In the pool swimming caps required, even in the jacuzzi - very strange. The lady serving the pool is rude and mainly deals with the prosecution of guests without caps. Theoreticaly you can buy a cap, but this lady apears only from time to time. Cleaness and smells in the sauna zone deffinately below expectations. There are no bathrobes for the sauna. Very cold water in the pool and in the jacuzzi. On my first night at 5 am in the morning the fire alarm was ringing for 20 minutes.

  It was better than camping - Just!

  Booked into this four star Hotel for a weekend with family after we had decided not to go camping and can only say we were disappointed from the start to the finnish. The staff didn't really want to be there (or so it seemed) the wellness was small, the pool need some stupid hat before you can go in (oh yes and they will sell you them- very kind) and wasn't that clean with evidence of mould etc The room was ok but I went use the safe and found you could just pick it up and walk away with it, not screwed down - amazing. Bathroom was maximum 2 star standard with plastic cheap sliding (or it was meant to) show screen an other poor fittings. Breakfast was a joke, the bread must have been days old - everything else basic or old looking - coffee was actually ok. Overall not worth 100euro - oh plus 7 euro tourist tax save your money - maybe go camping

  Ski vacation

  Very food installations Optimal food, which includes an afternoon tea Personnel very kind It has a swimming pool, with a sauna, very nice and relaxing area. Good location. Near buses for the ski pistes or to close villages.
