  Planned wedding & reception at Bella Vista Feb 2020.

  Everything was beautiful. Food was delicious, rooms were great, staff was very efficient and everything was perfect. The lower level banquet area included a nice dining area, dancing area, full bar with relaxing lounge area, and a beautiful view of scenic Lake Geneva. Celebration on Wells managed the food and bar. All was great - highly recommend.

  Winterfest 2020

  Love this resort and the friendly staff. We stayed here for the Snow Sculpting Competition and Winterfest. It was convenient and fun to be where everything was happening. Suite was beautiful and very comfortable with a lovelly view of the lake. Had the best massages ever received at the spa. Looking forward to our next stay and massages in the spring. This is our go to for a getaway!

  Nice hotel with nice location

  Hotel was very nice, location very good! Walkable to all in town, yet on a quiet corner. Room was very nice we choice park view to see the deer in morning. Only issue we had was the lights in parking lot illuminated bedroom all night. There is no curtains on balcony door only thin plastic blinds. The blinds were not darkening blinds by any stretch! Husband needs darkness to sleep so unfortunately he was up all night.

  I had my wedding at this hotel. I was not please at all with this hotel. I wish we would have gone somewhere else. Beautiful view of the lake, but the service is way below any standard of an advantage hotel. They didnt care that we sent all this money for the experience of a lifetime and didnt deliver. If a hotel should cares about service, they didnt follow through with what they said they would do for a wedding. The honeymoon suite that they promised to us was rented to someone else the night of the wedding. We were moved to the room next to my future mother and father in law. Yeah, I didnt want to spend my wedding night with my new wife in he room NEXT to future my in laws. We were going to be 3 floors away on the other side of the hotel. The way it should be. When I asked the hotel to fix it, they didnt care. They did NOTHING!!! Arent the bride and groom the most important people in the hotel that night and they gave me blank looks! We spent the most money of any one in the hotel, but someone gave away OUR room with the best view of the lake and called the honeymoon suite AND was promised to us for that night! They dropped the ball is an understatement! The reason I know this because it was given to one of our guest in the wedding! We also had a wedding room welcoming gift package delivered to our room that never showed up. With the package was preset up, it was delivered to honeymoon suite that we didnt get to stay in. We had to reorder it that night after our celebration. Instead of coming into a room of roses, lights and chocolates at the end of long day of happiness, we had nothing! What was going to be a special night and event failed miserably! I cant find it in my heart to forgive this hotel for not living up to the promise they gave us! Go somewhere else fast for your wedding!!!

  Great view, poor sleep due to noise

  We stayed in a beachview suite with a jacuzzi tub in bedroom. The tub was great and the room was clean. The rate was great for the wonerful view over looking the lake. Unfortantly, the patio was littered with cigarette buts and empty bottles. We stayed on the second floor and all night the person above us kerp opening and closing the patio door which would shake the entire bed.
