  Positives...Good location. Friendly staff. Tasty food. Rooms are Neat and clean.Lots of games for kids. Negatives.. view from the room is not actually a valley view, as the room description says..its just mountain view..premium price not justified. But Overall nice experience..thanks

  Bowled Over!!!

  Let me start with thanking Trip Advisor and the members here for sharing their honest reviews as I chose Bella Vista post reading the reviews here. Ok coming to the hotel- let me start from the beginning. So our booking experience was smooth, Vidhi from the team was really helpful and ensured that we got a deal which we liked. Location- the hotel should get a 5 on 5 for its location, I mean it couldn't have been better placed. All the local attractions are within 10-20 min of driving distance. Rooms- Rooms were neat and clean. View from our room itself won our hearts! ( We opted valley view rooms). You just feel like sitting in the spacious balcony and having tea with a amazing view of valley. Food- We were really impressed with the chef. Our 1st meal was just average, however post sharing our feedback with the dining Team- each of our subsequent meals were delicious. What I really liked is that the team would call us post our meal and ask if the food items ordered were good or not. Coming to the buffet breakfast- it was fresh, delicious. However what made it more tastier was the service. I mean each of the staff members wanted us to eat more and were giving personal attention to each of the tables. They all were quick, efficient and had a smile in their voices (they all were wearing masks, but u could still make out that they were happy to help!) I was traveling with my parents so the staff ensured that they didn't have to get up even once for refilling their plates! Most impressive Would like to especially call out few names that deserve a special mention- Ganesh, Ram, Anubhav, Sonali and Vijay. Thank you for making our trip memorable. Service- The highlight of the hotel is definitely it's prompt and efficient service. We had a 27 month old baby so we had frequent requests but all our requests were addressed quickly. Right from the security at the gate to the porter- everyone knew their job. Would also like to call out the lady who was helping us with Karaoke ( sorry, don't recall her name) was extremely helpful and had tremendous patience! All in all, we had a fantastic time, would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

  Perfect place to stay in mahabaleshwar. They have almost all the plant that are avaible in this area. A perfect place for family stay. My family absolutely love Bella Vista. All the best best guys, thanks

  Amazing Resort and hospitable staff at Bella Vista

  Went with a large group.of friends.in February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort has very clean and comfortable rooms with all amenities taken care of. The lush green landscaping is just beautiful with cosy and quiet nooks and corners created to lounge with a book, take a nap, sip coffee or play some board games. Our experience wouldn't be half as good without the welcoming and friendly staff. With an excellent breakfast spread the staff indulged our group with all whims of crisp dosas, eggs as per order and hot and cold brews. Can't wait to head back to Bella Vista.

  Excellent place.

  My wife and I visited Mahabaleshwar a couple of days.ago and stayed at Bela Vista. Their service is absolutely WORLD CLASS. I travel a lot and have yet to come across finer and more genuine service. Warm and friendly staff that go the extra mile and then some. Will definitely visit again. Great food as well.
