  Chaos from start to finish

  I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a very large group of us scattered across different rooms and bookings who all experienced lots of problems. In my room in particular, we paid for a triple room to find it was really only a double with a camp bed, to then discover the camp bed mattress was mouldy. When we told Maria it was mouldy she said no its a stain from a tattoo, which is just wrong because it was all over the mattress and surely a tattoo stain would be on sheets not the mattress? Because of this we had three people sleeping in a double bed, but the aircon was so temperamental that we ended up sleeping three nights with no air con, with three people in a double bed in 30 degree heat. There is no receptionist after 6, so when we went down to find some help about the air con, the rude bar men say sorry no Maria so not my problem. Ive never stayed in such a badly staffed hotel. Maria was useless and rude and her customer service skills were enough to put me off staying here ever again. Whenever any of us approached her with a problem instead of fixing it for us she told us a way in which we should fix our own problem or compromise so it wasnt a problem. We came on a girls holiday, and I understand the need for a security guard but he was rude and unapproachable. He would shine a flashlight in your face if you made any noise making you feel like a criminal, not a paying customer. When one night when I was sick of the aircon not working I stormed downstairs for some help and he offered to help, and in fairness he did fix it but he also put his arm around my waist walking to the room when I was in my pjs, which made me feel very uncomfortable so I batted his arm away. I wouldnt recommend the food, it was average and took them so long to make, 20 mins for a cheese and ham toastie that I could make in 5 at home. Overall very unimpressed, the quality of the hotel was pretty bad but the manners of all the staff was completely appalling and frustrating. As someone who works in customer service myself I would never dare speak to a paying customer the way we were spoken to, and the quietness of the hotel proves their attitude towards customers is not working.

  lovely peaceful stay

  We came here in August and had a deluxe apartment. Found the apartments to be nice and clean and everything was fine. The pool area was never overcrowded nice and chilled. We had breakfast in with our room which was plentiful and nice. Breads, cheeses, ham, salad or a full english too if you wanted it. Yoghurts and fruit and juices also available. Booked a late checkout which was a reasonable 25 euro. Safety deposit was 60 euro for our stay. Was a nice holiday and Maria was helpful when enquiring about busses etc into Agios. After reading some bad reviews was a bit apprehensive when we came but there was no need to be. Enjoyed our stay here at Bella Elena and would stay again.

  Great location

  Stayed for 5 days in sept as a group of 14 the 1 bedroom apartments were lovely clean an spacious the pool was great Maria was always available for anything needed and an early coffee the main strip was a ten min walk deffo will be going back in the future

  Absolutely recommended

  The facility is beautiful and in a convenient location, with a marvelous swimming-pool and some games including pool. Having jacuzzi in the balcony was a dream. Friendly and helpful staff and private parking. Very clean rooms, excellent services and very high sleep quality. From 4 to 6 p.m. there is the happy our with vert cheap cocktails and beverages. Varied quality breakfast with large choise. Perfect wi-fi.

  Great hospitality

  We stay tnighthere for the weekend and we enjoy the hospitality of the hotel staff Room is big,clean and comfy Breakfast is immpresive with a lot of sweet and salty choise The area is very quiet but also close to everything you need like nice restaurants,mini markets e.t.c. We really enjoy stay by the pool all day and having coktails at the pool bar at night.
