  Amazing location, spacious clean apartments

  I stayed here with two friends for a long weekend and we loved it. Apartments are very spacious, really well decorated and comfy. Check in was seamless, we were able to park our car and leave our bags as we were early and then text us when our room was ready. The location is amazing. Right in the heart of Hastings Street with beach, restaurants and shops only 5 mins walk away (if that). Apartments had all the facilities you needed - hairdryer, washing machine, all kitchen items. Couldn't fault it, way exceeded our expectations.

  Noise spoiled it badly.

  A lovely facility and great location right in Hastings street. Lovely apartment. Clean and very friendly staff. However - the noise was extreme. The northern end of the complex is directly adjoining the neighbouring complexs pool and spa. It is a concrete walled facility so the noise echos and reverberates. Even with just 3 or four people using next doors facilities it is very loud. Too loud to read, sleep, watch TV or relax at all. Horrible. Then there is the Pool heating unit that runs 24 hours a day. No sound proofing enclosure and it woke me constantly. Not on a timer to turn off at night. A real shame but could not come back. If you do come be sure to ask for a room at the far rear of the complex.

  Great place, great location, friendly and welcoming people

  We stayed at Bella Casa for a midweeek mini-holiday and we couldn't have been happier with the quality of the facilities, the support and friendliness of the staff and the location - right on Hastings Street. When we next go back to Noosa Heads, we will definitely be staying there again.

  Perfect location in the heart of it all. Just no views

  We stayed for just one night, booking on the day and arriving after hours. The instructions to access the secure car park and then the unit were very clear. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit was spacious, modern and clean - very functional. Some noise (we were above the access gate) but not much. But a little lane brings you straight out onto Hastings St and all it has to offer, without the hassle of driving. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we completed the paperwork the next day. Bella Casa is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Noosa, with a clean, comfortable unit. But if you after resort style living (big pool, views of the ocean), then this would not be right.

  Perfect base for a great Noosa stay

  Faultless service and a warm and courteous welcome prefaced a great stay. Overlooking Hastings Street - with a window view through to the ocean - was sublime. The accommodation was pristine, modern, spacious, functional and spotless. Lovely time of year to visit - with room and outside temperatures perfect. We'll be back AandA
