  Dont go

  Stayed here for just the one night on recent family holiday due to flights being changed ( original flights with Thomas cook ) if you have booked to stay Im sorry to say take my advice and change your booking. We were allocated a chalet type room just outside the main building that can only be described as shocking, really I have stayed in 2 star self catering & it was better. Staff very unhelpful, all inclusive was terrible overall very poor.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Unfortunately had to stay here for one night, and one night was enough! No hot water for a shower, breakfast was what could only be described as left overs from a previous buffet, the staff member on reception who checked us in was very rude and not very helpful. Not a 4* hotel at all.

  Avoid the BELKON HOTEL

  This was the worst all inclusive hotel I ever stayed in. We play golf so thought we could use this hotel as bed and breakfast because it was cheep and we like to eat in the local restaurants. The breakfast was stinking except for the boiled eggs. And the day we were there for lunch it was no different. The bedroom was just ok except for the bathroom the toilet seat was yellow from urine stains and we were afraid to turn the taps on in the wash hand basin case we would catch something absolutely rotten. There was flys everywhere and cats lying on the pool deck chairs and coming into the ground floor balconies.I just wish I had read the reviews on this hotel before I booked. Even the local waiters in the restaurants had a great laugh when we told them where we were staying.SO PLEASE TAKE HEED OF THIS REVIEW

  Not Uk or ethnically Friendly or

  These people refuse to serve you a drink after you've had 3 although it all inclusive, they watch you if your not outside the UK european & shut down the lifts whilst you/ your children are left stuck inside until they decide to turn them back on. They turn off the waterslide at lunchtime unless outside european children/ adults want to play on it, the waiters only serving buffet style so no actual service pretend to run you over with the service trolley filled with dirty dishes other customers have left on the outside tables, complaining to management means worse treatment, they do not allow you to book onto any tours claiming they don't know anything about it, they go into your room whilst your out & steal your childs clothes as my sons body warmer & other bits were taken from the room. The amusement bar is fantastic as he is not that way inclined his only interested in the business side & is friendly whatever his personal opinions as is the Spa which was an absolute dream, I enjoyed every session i had, tipped my lady as she provided such a delightful service I forgot what the hotel staff who are seperate to the spa were doing (until i saw them again). The only good thing i can say about the hotel itself which is a teen brothel most nights is that when you order a takeaway service they call your room to let you know to come down. So Spa is Fabulous as is the outside Amusement bar/ centre, these 2 bits inside the hotel made our holiday as Humanity was restored a little.

  One of the best family hotel in Kadriye, Bellek

  They had nice and friendly staff and very nice food (they had one or two new foods every time). They had 4 pools which were all good with different depths. They also had two stores outside the restaurant which had friendly workers and nice range of products. Once when we were supposed to go to the beach, the designated bus was late so one of the hotel staff brought us there with their car. Our air conditioner wouldn't work when we first arrived and a staff arrived in less than 5 minutes and fixed the issue. Would recommend.
