  Belcehan Beach Hotel, Small and Friendly... Great hotel

  we really enjoyed our stay at the Belcehan. The staff were terrific. always there to help and so friendly. the rooms were adequate and the food was really good. Tarik couldn't do enough for you. The cleaning staff were so friendly. a bonus was the walk in steps to the pool. The fact that we had to walk over to the sister hotel, the Delux for evening meal was no problem but I must say the staff in the Delux restaurant for evening dinner really let the business down. Firstly they had altered the times for dining due to there not being many people doing half board. The times were 7:30pm till 9pm. So you would think arriving anytime up to 9pm and you could still dine.. Not according to these guys on duty in the evenings. We used to arrive at just turned 8pm each night and sometimes there was only only us four dining.. Don't get me wrong, the food was excellent, my friend thanked the chef on numerous occasions. The from 8:30 ish EVERY night the staff started moving tables, getting items out ready for the breakfast set up in the morning. then the soup container would be removed. One night there was 2 portions of gateaux left for dessert but at 8:40pm one of the staff took it away. When he returned I quizzed him as to why he took it away because we were hoping to have it later.... he gave me the no understand routine then said it was finished. I argued with him but he didn't fetch it back. I know the staff dine after close but they were starting before 9pm after standing over us.

  Lovely rooms

  We had a lovely time here , rooms pleasant, plenty storage space, comfy beds, cleaners amazing. If I have to make a critisism it was price of soft drinks at bar, we went to many hotels and restaurants which were much cheaper., Belcehan 12 tl others 7tl or 9tl doesnt seem much but it adds up over 2 weeks.

  Nice hotel...take care of you

  Spent a week here. Nice welcome. Stayed on a b and b basis. Breakfast plentiful and plenty of choice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Cleaners in every day. Bar prices ok for beer. Would stay again. Asked for a couple of things to be sorted with the room and they were done immediately.

  Never again!

  We arrived here for a family holiday and after a mix up with the rooms as there were 6 of us in 3 rooms it was sorted quickly. It is really expensive here at the bar area and only one person speaking English didn't help. Tarik was the hèad barman and if it wasn't for him it would be lucky to get 1 star. You can't faùlt the pool area as there is plenty of sun lounger for everyone and the pool was clean. The big problem we had was the room cleaning. Sometimes they would get there at 4 or 5 in the afternoon to clean your room and a couple of times my partner had to complain to reception that there was BLOOD on the blanket. Her daughter had a liver transplant when she was a baby and has to avoid any contamination so you can guess what she was like seeing this. Ì don't know if we were just unlucky but everyone else didn't have a problem. Always check your bills ànd keep receipts as we found out on numerous occasions that other things were on our bill that we didn't have. To top it all off tho we had asked at reception if it was possible to keep our room on till late on the last day as we had a very late flight. We were untold to call back everyday and they would find out for us. This happened everyday and on the day before we left they said that we couldn't have any of our rooms as they were booked up. Luckily some other guests said we could use their room to shower in but to top it all the cleaners didn't enter the rooms we were in till half 5 in the evening. I never usually write bad reports on places unless it is really warranted that is why I've held off as people will say you always get the wingers on here but this is my honest report. As you could guess we will never go back here again but back to the Yacin again in Hisarano..!

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Me and my husband stayed here for a week in October 2019. Had some negative reviews but I couldnt find any fault with anything at all. Room was clean, staff work hard. They make an effort to make you feel welcome. One staff member in the bar even used google translate to speak with us. Tareq spoke good English and communicates well. The breakfast was lovely with different choices whether scrambled egg, omelette, fresh bread, jams, honey, marmalades etc. I would stay here again. Only a 5 minute walk into town so convenient location.
