  Perfect for us!

  Very nice and helpful host. Good room with nice bathroom and super shower. Plentiful breakfast with a good selection of foods. We borrowed bicycles from the hotel and got easily around to see the nearby villages. We'dlike to come back!

  Well located away from the crowds

  A couple of km to the south of central Bardolino, on the main lakeside road. Rooms are very well insulated from road noise, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Hosts are friendly, helpfull and breakfasts are very good. Buses pass in front of the hotel; very convenienient as traffic and parking in the lakeside towns can be difficult. We had a lake view from our terrace, lake only 50m away. A great base for the area with bars and restaurants within 100m though the better restaurants are in Bardolino (bus in, taxi or walk back).

  Great Location

  Although this is only a 3* hotel, the location was perfect, the room clean, the bathroom updated and the people who run the hotel were very nice and courteous. They serve an excellent breakfast that is included in the price.

  Great Location & Very Friendly

  6 of us stayed at the Bel Sito for 3 nights prior to heading for Venice to join our cruise. Each couple had a room in the 3 separate buildings & all rooms were very nice. The pool was wonderful, and we would have loved to use it a lot more, but there were too many beautiful places to visit around the Lake. Peschiera is a great base, as you can catch the boat to virtually all of the other places, and there is also a good bus service, which we used to get back most days. The train station is also very close by, so if you are flying in to Verona or travelling on to Venice it is very convenient. The restaurant is very good, we ate there on our first night & enjoyed it very much and they also provide a very adequate breakfast. We enjoyed sitting outside for a drink each night before bed, and the staff were really friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Bel Sito as a great base.

  Overrated hotel

  This hotel could be overrated both by price and comfort. Cons are more than pros. The location is good if you don't want to be in crowdy city center. Lake is really 50m way. If you are lucky you can get view and balcony on lake site. Breakfest was also good, very international, very traditional. Hotel owner was nice, English speaking. Rooms are quite small, rest rooms are really very small. Walls are very thin. You will hear all possible noises of neighboor room. They offer only 1 shampoo/gel per person per staying period.
