  Not recomended for non smooking people and those who need quiet and comfortable stay

  I ordered room last night and asked for the high no smooking room and no smooking floor. I asked for early check in and they promise to text me when the room ready. Till 1.30 pm no news so I called and the receptionist said the room was not ready yet.. so I came at 3 pm. The lady on the dedk gave me first floor. I surprised as I asked 6th floor but she said it stated I request the 1st floor. The lady said the 1st floor is more quiet than the 6th floor..so I accepted it. When I enter the 1st floor a strong cigarette smell came to my nose and made my throat trouble as I really allergic to the cigarette smoke. So I report it and wish that the rolm boy will come with air purifier like in the other 3rd star hotels. But the guy came with bayfresh spray and spray the bath room but it didn't work. There was also a spot on the blanket but when I asked for replace it the guy said that was an old spot.. Then I asked for room service..iga bakar.. the taste was so ..so..and the meat quite hard. I paid Rp 100.000 whereas the price about 89.000. The guy promised to send the change a s a p but he didn't come. So I want to take a shower but suddenly I heard very loud sound like a worker fixed something..tok..tok..tok..tok..quite loud. I send a whatsapp and they called me to ask what happened.. then I also asked for my change payment for the food..and the other guy call me to ask. I said that I will go to the bathroom but then they knocked my door to give my change. I asked what did they do with all the "tok..tok.." sound but the guy reply " do you want me to bayfresh your room?" What a silly and u related question. They didn't take the dirty dish I put in front of the door till I left the room. This night I asked two bottles of mineral water and when I opened the door again a trong cigarette smell came into my room..I thought it was from my neighbour room but they said not. So maybe from the emergency exit next to my room? I really feel dissapointed.. the price of this room more or less the same as some three stars hotels near Tunjungan Plaza but the service was quite bad. The staff was kind..yes..but could not understand well.. The most dissappointed caused by the smoke. How could be a nonsmooking floor smell very strong cigarette smoke in the whole area? So when the hotel staff said it was a nonsmooking floor, it is not true. When I finished wrote this review I opened the door and the cigarette smoke still strong.. Also we can hear many sounds from the rooms above me like someone movibg the furniture etc although it is 00.26 am.

  Nice and neat

  The hotel's location is perfect for your trips if you like shopping's trips. In front of the hotel is the biggest mall in surabaya. The price is suitable for backpackers too. The meal is standart, but the staff is very helpfull

  Only for sleep

  I stayed at this hotel 1 night. The location is very strategic, right in front of the Tunjungan Plaza. Next to the hotel is MCD and KFC. I stayed with the baby, and got a smoking room. There is no other choice, because the hotel is full. Couldn't upgrade the room too. Small, rather dirty room. The rooms are very smelled of cigare. The view outside the room was blocked by a wall. The hotel does not have a large parking lot, so my car is parked on the roadside. The only positive value of this hotel is its strategic location and low prices. There is nothing else special. I stayed at this place because a friend booked a room for me. If you have more funds, you should look for other hotels around that are better.

  Budget Hotel Prime Location

  We find Bekizaar Hotel as a transit hotel on our road trip from Bali. After long hours drive from Sanur Denpasar, we decided to break a night before continue our road trip back to Jakarta. This hotel right across the biggest shopping center Tunjungan Plaza. By walking across the street we already at Tunjungan Plaza lobby. Around hotel area, we also can find many Surabaya favorite cullinary haven and fast food area. Such as Rawon Setan, McD, KFC etc. The hotel staff very welcome and helpful. Room is clean, the size as budget hotel quiet ok, and the bathroom also ok with complete amenities. Nice place to stay!

  great short escape

  for holiday or for bussiness trip, this hotel meet my expectation. located on one of surabaya's well known street, this hotel is easy to reach from other landmark such as tunjungan plaza, etc. reasonable price also one of this hotel's advantages
