  Dirty, noisy and not professional management!

  , 2Not professional, especially the management and lack of considerations for customer and the first hotel i have with no complimentary drinking water. You are also welcomed with the very dirty carpet with stains everywhere and you feel relatively not comfortable using the towel compare to many other hotels.The noise from the traffic is also quite bad. The first room i was signed in was smelly but the staff changed the room for me (staff manner not too bad but service can be better).Information also not updated such as the pool time and I didnot manage to swim because they closed the pool earlier than what was written in the leaflet. Internet ok.

  We left within 10 minutes

  Apart from the fact there was construction outside, with no signs to the entrance, once inside, we left. Dirty mouldy rooms. Maybe they are about to renovate, so if this happens, location wise, it is great, but we had to leave. It was an embarassment for the guest that had flown from Australia to join us.
