  Guizhou Mansion Hotel 3-4 star only.

  My wife and I have stayed twice in the Guizhou Mansion Hotel over the past two weeks. On the first occasion we had ordered a double room, but when we arrived we were allocated a twin room with two separate beds - but as we arrived late at night, we accepted the twin room as it proved impossible to explain the difference between a double and a twin room to the reception staff who were not able to understand any English. The hotel had just changed their air conditioning from cooling to heating, and the rooms were very warm, but we managed to get a fan from housekeeping to get comfortable in the room. We were lucky on our second stay where, due to the party conference all the rooms were full, so we got upgraded to a suite. We would class the hotel as a 3-4 star only.

  No Air condition in the night

  I was there for two days at the beginning of April. The room was hot in the night. The AC was on but theres no cold air blowing in. With the thick comforter on the bed theres no way you can sleep well. The fan constantly blows make you feel very dry. Later I figured out that the ac in the room wont do anything without the ac control been turned on by the building. I complained it to the front desk at the check out. They said the issues has been raised to the Hotel management. However it wasnt been resolved. I have to stay again in this hotel later of the month due to the location needed for a personal reason. I was toasted last night and has to turn of the virtual ac and open the window. I guess the only solution is to change hotel at this point.

  Best and clean rooms

  I stayed for 3 nights at the hotel the service was very nice. Though there was the language problem but the guy at the front desk was very helpful overall all staff was good and caring.Definetly would love to stay there agian

  Confi room, delicious breakfast, but not much English and Wi-fi

  I was very happy about the overall service level and cleanness of the room (as for one person the bed was large and very convenient). Nevertheless, the biggest challenge was English. Having that said I have to admit that everyone really tried to communicate and help - there was typically one manager that had slightly better English than the rest of the personnel (or a voice recording app). The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I thought that due to my schedule I will have to eat outside, but after the first try I found some extra morning time. Wi-Fi is completely random, meaning that quite often it does not allow any regular connection, but finding a cable in my room helped me in breaking my unplanned Internet detox.

  Excellent Service

  This is one of the best hotels my family stay in these few years. The service is beyond our expectations. We had a trip to another city during the two weeks we stayed in Beijing. They stored our suitcases in the hotel. In addition, they helped me to receive a package sent from my friend. The arranged taxi service and arranged our trips easily.
