  Good Business Traveler Hotel

  The hotel is well placed as it is very near to the Rodenkirchen bf. The staff are effective and reasonably friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. One of the best offerings in Rodenkirchen area. Suitable for both business travelers and families.

  Local Hotel and not really very good.

  We booked this hotel for many of our guests who were attending a family even a few months back, and strict instructions not to charge our guests but to centralise the bill for me to pay - were completely ignored. This caused great embarrassment. The rooms were basic but adequate we were told. Breakfast was busy on the Sunday naturally, however the staff did their best to keep the buffet replenished, and were happy to take extra orders of fried egg and things. It's just a shame that when my wife Alex to complain about the billing issue she felt ignored and not satisfied. No offer of compensation was made, and as a result we cannot recommend the hotel or use it in the future.

  Comfortable but without regular amenities

  Stayed at hotel on business trip. Smallish room but sufficient with comfortable and basic furnishing. Shower lacks enclosure, only basic curtain so bathroom can been quite wet when showering. Breakfast was more than ample and tasty. Need transport into Cologne city center, public transport exists across the street. In the local town there a few restaurants and shops. Overall suited well the purpose for business trip in the immediate area.

  Very good hotel

  Good hotel, nice environment, very friendly people. Close to metro station, Good restaurant and breakfast. Also in area many good restaurants. Convenient parking. Beds and room our good only sometimes light switch on bathroom does not work, Because of fusebox.

  Awful hotel! Awful food!!

  Unfriendly guy at the desk. I need to go here 3 times for training. First time horrible smell in my room. 2nd time someone else hair in my bathroom, light was not working. 3rd time my bathroom was under water when i took a shower, again awful smell, room was not clean. The breakfast is ok but all the other food is so awful. Never ever go there!!!! Its too expensive for what it is even it looks nice at first sight.
