  Dirty - Where are the needed inspections to these business?? Stay away.

  I was given a room with yellow - NOT WHITE - yellow dirty towels, that's correct, dirty towels, used dirty sheets on the bed. PIGS. We just can not trust this mob, no one gives a dam about you, don't use the glasses I bet you the cleaner washes then with the same rubber gloves she uses to clean the toilets.

  A work in progress

  The hotel is a little old but I was told that it is slowly being done up. Stayed here just before the fires hit south so the ladies working there provided some valuable information. Rooms were adequate size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern and pool on site. Plenty of parking with a restaurant on site as well. Only gripe was the old aircon unit which was in a bit of a silly position and super loud. Id stay again though.

  A regular stop

  I have used this place multiple times when visiting Bega for work related matters. The customer service here is very good, rooms clean and well equipped. They remember you from visit to visit and your preferences. There are rooms upstairs or downstairs and no lift. Beds are comfortable. Road noise is not an issue as the hotel is located centrally in the town and its very quiet after hours in Bega They will deliver breakfast to your room via a 2 way hutch or you can purchase a breakfast pack from reception to serve yourself They serve meals on site Mon to Sat and the meals there are really good with a chef who will have a bit of a chat! A pleasant, comfortable and easy place to stay.

  In need of refreshment

  The rooms are very dated and haven't been refreshed in over a decade. This motel is now on our black list of places we'll not be staying at. The restaurant wasn't bad, with quality about equal to that of our local RSL.

  Great experience

  Bit confused at the rating of this place; we found it great! The only place out of three places we stayed along the coast with a lovely, big and spacious room for 3 adults, and space to put suitcases so youre not tripping over stuff. Lovely big bathroom, constant hot water, comfortable beds, effective light-blocking curtains. We had to go & get another mug from reception as there was only 2. Ample parking on the property. Lady at the front desk was friendly. For $150 overnight for 3 people this was excellent value!!! Would stay again.
