  Like staying with a family

  I had the warmest experience here at Bedihan Otel. It is a family-run bed and breakfast place. Breakfast is awesome (see picture attached) and huge portion. The hotel is one of the older buildings of Alaçati and room feels like a cozy stone cove. Mostly, Bedirhan (the father) was extremely helpful in navigating me, including restaurant recommendations, setting me up with a windsurf school at my last minute request. Staying here gave me a sense of staying with a Turkish family. This is a great small hotel for those looking for more warm cozy experiences.

  Hi I just recently came back from a 4 night stay in bedirhan hotel and can say it was the best experience. I tell you why: 1) as soon as you step in you get the family feel. It was like visiting family back in turkey. Bedrihan is a family run hotel and family members are always around, present and ready to help out. This was my first solo holiday and I can say I was a bit scared to be in my own but I felt extremely safe and secure. And I just loved the family feel! 2) hotel is very clean. You get your towels and sheets changed daily and room cleaned. As someone who been to 4-5 star hotels in the past I can say that the quality was much better than some 5 star hotels 3) breakfast was amazing! Homemade Jams. Loved having my breakfast in the garden with traditional furniture and decorations- just a perfect representation of alacati. Simple bur beautiful. You also get free tea coffee and biscuits. You get a new bottle of water and a drink to your room too! 3) 2-3 min walk to alacati centre. Close to bus station to travel to cesme and izmir. Great location and with convenience to everything. 4) great wifi connection! I really can not think of anything to say it needs improvement! The greeting was not formal like hotels where you get instructed or advised around many things but I liked that too. I arrived late and the lady who owned the hotel with her husband greeted me at the entrance of the road to the hotel. It was a very family like greeting so I cant eveb complain about that I would recommend everyone to visit. I will be going back soon as it has become my happy place Thanks to the family of Bedrihan.   Estuve tres noches en este hotel con encanto. En fotos es precioso pero en la realidad aun más. Los propietarios son muy amables y puedes preguntarles cualquier cosa que te ayudarán. Desayunos muy buenos y además puedes tomar algo siempre que quieras. El último día tenía que coger un autobús muy pronto de madrugada y Sarhat me acompañó en coche y me ayudo en todo, Esto para mi fue muy de agradecer ya que cuando viajas solo y no hablas el idioma es muy tranquilizador. Gracias por todo!! Les deseo lo mejor.

  Very nice and cute family run place!

  Bedirhan and his family own two places in Alaçat that are very close to each other. We stayed in Bedirhan Konak and had a great room with an A/C and a flatscreen. The pool and the cafe, where the breakfast is served, are placed at the other hotel, Asmal Konak. This is, however, not an issue as it takes only two minutes to get there by feet. Even though there might be more exclusive or modern hotels in Alaçat, we can highly recommend you to consider Bedirhans places. He, his family and their staff are doing everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Also, the breakfast is awesome, including home made jam, pii and your choice of eggs.

  Great staff

  Terrific location close to main street. Big breakfast. Staff were very helpful. My taxi driver couldn't find the place as he wasn't local so someone came from the hotel to meet me. The owner was very helpful when I was unwell. I was able to Whatsapp him to ask if he could put food and drink in my room for when I returned from the local hospital. He recommended a private hospital in Izmir when I asked about them and it turned out to be superb. The room was basic but the other parts of the stay made up for that.
