  Treated like Royalty

  We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at this beautiful place. Stayed for 2 nights (Fri- Sat). Cliff & Louisa were superb hosts - we felt like we were a King & Queen - on arrival with a lovely bottle of wine, to the environment friendly products (of which I am going to buy some online products from), to the extremely comfortable bed!, to the scrumptious breakfasts, to the peace & quiet atmosphere with a beautiful garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & their company. Loved the accomodation, the location was within walking distance to the beach and cafes/restaurants. Enjoyed the markets in Paihia & nearby in Kerikeri. We are keen to revisit again. You have GOT to visit this beautiful place. Thanks to my darling husband for creating a beautiful happy memory at this beautiful place. Photos below are the view from sitting down outside on the outdoor furniture. I was enjoying the view of nature outside on Sunday morning with great company.

  Not cheap but fantastic...

  We were staying for one night -- the couple was very nice an hospitable. The breakfast was very delicious and and very lovingly prepared. The room was clean and was nearby the center of Paihia. We would reccomend this for a honey moon like enjoable stay.

  Our stay in Paihia

  Cliff and Louisa were wonderfully attentive and personable hosts. Lovely water views, luxury rooms and we couldnt wait to see what awaited us each morning for breakfast. A pleasure to stay. Thankyou Louisa and Cliff for forwarding our little Kiwi to Wellington. He is now safely with our grandson.

  A Beautiful Bed with no Thorns

  Absolutely wonderful property with warm and friendly hosts in Louisa and Cliff. The property has lovely views out over the Bay of Islands. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed and breakfast is tasty and elegantly presented. Location is in the middle of Pahia so you can explore on foot - and easily go to the wharf and across to Russell. Outstanding.

  Wonderful

  We loved our room. We especially loved our private patio. The tea and coffee bar was convenient. They also provided pamphlets of local attractions. The owners were very nice and welcoming. If we are ever in Paihia again, would definitely stay here.
