  HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE.. THEY WILL MAKE UP THINGS AND CHARGE YOU FOR THEM

  If they could get a ZERO rating they would. We paid our $185.10 to stay for 1 night. Days later, a charge for $84.58 shows up on our credit card. So I called them. They said the charge was because we had "dirt" on both towels, both wash clothes, and the bath mat and it wouldn't come out. I explained to them that was not accurate. We did the Spartan and yes 1 towel had dirt on it. We told them we would pay for that even though we never had to pay for towels at a hotel. They said no you got dirt on every towel etc. I explained to them we did not. I told them we didn't even use the other towels until the next day. Denise the manager could care less. I asked her what she would do for us. She said nothing, we signed that we would pay for damages. Dirt on a towel is damages? I said so there is nothing you can do when I am telling you that is not true or accurate and we are agreeing to pay for the 1 towel? Denise said nope! I said so you are willing to get a bad review online over helping rectify this situation? Denise said yes. WOW, I could not believe my ears!! Horrible customer service, hurting financially so coming up with unethical ways to charge customers money. Liars who could care less about their reputation. I have run a business for years and would NEVER treat my customers this way! Stay away and be warned!!

  The manager of this property needs to be replaced!

  We made reservations to spend 3 nights here while participating in a Seniors Softball Tournament in Mesquite. On the way there we had a bad car accident which resulted in us rolling the car 4 times and sustaining various injuries and were unable to continue on to the Lodge or tournament. When we contacted the Lodge to cancel our reservations due to the accident, the clerk was very understanding, but said we would have to contact Booking.com in the morning. Upon contacting Booking.com, they said they would contact the manager (or owner) to explain the situation. She was told that regardless of the emergency, they have a 5 day cancellation policy and they would keep the money already paid for all 3 nights and would refund $0. I would never recommend anyone stay here and will spread the word amongst all my fellow ball players to stay away from here.

  Don't Stay Here!!!

  We prebook our room for 1 night thru BringFido. When we showed up with a dog they threw a fit. They rudely asked us to leave. We asked for a refund and they refused. I called the company we made the reservation thru and they called to inquire. The people at this establishment flat out lied. They said we refused to pay the pet fee. We were never asked to pay a pet fee.

  Horrible incident

  My family got stranded out there and this was the closest room they could get. My sisters all underage stayed in the room while my parents went to the corner store to get some food since they havent ate in so many hours. The front desk guy already had a wrong impression on my sister because she felt uncomfortable because he kept on starring at her while my parents were doing check in. The front desk guy the comes with the excuse that he gave them the wrong key after 2-3 hours of them already being inside the room with the right key. He started asking all this questions, asking if it was only her and my parents staying or if there was more people, making my sister feel uncomfortable he was looking inside the room and being too close to her and the door proom. My sister immediately got her phone out call my parents and was able to record a part of the incident. I called the front desk to complain and the manager had the audacity to tell me that my underage sisters were actually not that young and he was just looking around. Giving me attitude and acting like my sister misunderstood the situation. I will do everything in my power to get that perv from not working there anymore and for them to change that manager. Horrible incident that my family had to go through. They checked out right away but you must best believe that this will not be the end of it. I could not imagine what wouldve happen.

  Crooks - Charged room and cancelled same day - DON'T STAY HERE

  Called and made reservations on phone. These people charged my credit card and at no time told me about their cancellation policy. When we called and cancelled they rudely said they would not refund it. It was a 3 day reservations and they charged all 3 days. These people are crooks - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
