  Standing on the Riverbank

  A great hotel which occupied the riverbank, so that you could see the whole view of Xidian River and unique bridge cross the banks between south and north. The distance is walkable from hotel to the market area. Because of the landscape is near to the hills, so hotel is at the steep slope, have to be careful no matter you're driving or walking. The park lots is not so much, and a little of narrow by the way!

  The name says it all

  Beautiful Hotel is really beautiful as the name suggests. Located on the hill looking at the Xindian river, it offers stunning views of the scenic vicinity e.g. the suspension bridge, the river. The room is spacious, clean and luxurious. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is also great with a variety of choices to please both eastern and western visitors. Highly recommended.

  Big room, clean

  This hotel is located in New Taipei, clean and window view is scenic which you can view mountains, river and bridge. You can walk to the train station about 10mins through the suspension bridge across the river. The train can take you to most part of Taipei.

  Disappointed

  I am from Malaysia. In Year 2016, my Taiwan's friend recommended this hotel for me and he booked a room for me stay for 1 day. I felt happy to stay here as there have very good view of the Lake and good breakfast with a lot of choices. I wished to stay here if I plan to come to Taiwan again. Last year I planned to visit Taiwan for Christmas celebration and also to count down for Year 2019. I insisted to search for this hotel and booked for a room to stay for 2days. However, I felt not convenient by took MRT especially raining day. I dropped at Bitan Station and walked under the rain. Very tired while cross by the staircase and the bridge with carried the big luggage and further walked along the road with slope to reach the hotel. I just realized the hotel have 2 buildings. Checked in the hotel, we have been allocated the room at the other building. Leave us walked to the other building without serve by Bell Boy or anyone who standby at the counter of the main building. The hotel room's furniture quite old without refurnish. Breakfast have not much choices and the waitress has no good manners. The only good point was our room is facing the Lake and we can have a good view during the day time. My conclusion is I will not stay in this hotel anymore but I will consider for other hotel at Bitan provided the hotel have good service in term of transportation, good manners and good breakfast with more choices.

  Beautiful hotel

  Stayed here in June with my daughter. Location on the beach with nice walks along the beach front. There is a square 5 minutes away with local acts, fantastic atmosphere. The hotel is immaculate, although rooms a little on the small side,but cleaned everyday to a high standard. Food is delicious, waiter service on an evening, brilliant. All the staff are wonderful and very helpful. We went to Venice for the day on a day pass purchased from a local shop on the square for the bus and ferry, very easy and stayed there all day,wonderful. There are lots of steps to the entrance but on the left hand side of the hotel, where the car park is, there is a lift so dont attempt to drag your cases up the stairs, as we did. This is a beautiful hotel and we will be returning. Well done to all the staff that helped make our stay more memorable.
