  Very Arty

  Really hip art hotel. Lovely staff, very neat and well-designed rooms. Beautiful art on spaces in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Lovely breakfast. The hotel is next to Above Eleven, a chilled-out rooftop bar with a commanding view of Bangkok city.

  Super Great Hotel Stay

  Beat Hotel is a very nice place decorated with cool artwork. The staff is super nice and all the rooms are neat and tidy. Good breakfast is provided from 6:30 to 10 am, its pretty good as well. Will definitely come back next time I am in Bangkok!

  Good experience overall but for the check out issue, it would've been a very good experience!!

  I was really surprised at check out when they charged me 200 Baht for the slippers in the room. I used them and they were dirty so I thought i could wear them on the flight and dispose them. When I told the staff I had used them and they were dirty I was shocked they said they clean them and keep for the next guest!!! Not great practice. They are disposable slippers. I have stayed in hotels across many countries and this has never happened.

  Will be our last visit to this hotel

  I have stayed 3 times in this hotel since they open. But this time will be the last. Despite of nice decor room and good breakfast , the reception give us hard time while check out. She insisted us to pay 1100 just for the dirty small towel that we used to cleaned the mess in bed room. Our toodler was vomit his chocolate last nite, and house keeper may be take some time to come. Reception want us to pay 1100 B only for dirty small towel? So ridiculous. And our grab taxy waiting for us to go to airport, she still want to argue. Management need to pay attention to her. Otherwise, you will loose another loyal customer.

  Artsy Cute Hotel

  I stayed at The Beat Hotel over NYE and had a pleasant experience. The room was decorated in a nice artsy style. Not too gaudy or weird. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is great. A lot of food at the W District just outside. 7-11, a nice massage shop and nail salon across the courtyard. I found the staff to be friendly and kind.
