  Gem of a Hotel

  I have written previous positive reviews so this won't change. Julie and Kyle at the Beacon continue to do a great job in the current situation. We just stayed for three days and will be back! Great location and pricing.

  Charming, beautiful, old mansion turned hotel.

  Beautiful, comfortable rooms with 15 foot ceilings, excellent service, centrally located at an amazing price! Way more character than chain hotels. Great breakfast with local pastries and excellent service.

  Great stay!!

  I had the pleasure of staying at the Beacon Hotel for a extended stay. The rooms are immaculate. Enjoyed my time in the sitting room, with my coffee, and danish. Not to mention the staff, they couldn't have been more helpful.

  Awesome stay

  This hotel is quant and caters to its patrons. The food is awesome for breakfast. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Awesome place to stay if you want quality, close to everything downtown and great free breakfasts.

  Comfortable hotel and friendly staff

  I went to college in Oswego and had not been back there in ages. After receiving my first Covid shot in Syracuse, I made plans that, after the second shot, I would then head to Oswego, spend the night, and see the town and the campus. I checked out the various hotels and decided on the Beacon. I am glad I did! The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town. It is actually an old Knights of Columbus building which was beautifully renovated into a hotel, so it has a lot of history and character. The staff I met, Julie and Kyle, were friendly and helpful. My room (No. 11) was quiet, charming and comfortable. There is ample parking. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely chose the Beacon again on a future visit to Oswego.
