  Great location! Unit was ok.

  I traveled with just myself and 5 kids, ranging in ages from 7-16. We stayed in a 3 bdrm unit in the Villas of Somerset, Unit 91. The office staff was very helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We were given an upgrade from a 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom which was very spacious. The unit itself needs some maintenance (upkeep). The glass window in the master bath was cracked & had been repaired instead of replaced. The towels were very thin, but understandably so because people take them from the unit--why have nice plush towels that will be stolen. The beds were comfortable. Our stove was not working, or at least 2 burners. I called the office and Sonia said she would send someone out to fix them. I left a note on the stove as to which burners were out. When we came back from the park, the stove was fixed. The kids did use the pool and enjoyed it. The clubhouse was open until 11:00. The staff in the clubhouse was very friendly and even helped me out when there were no baking pans in the our unit. I was very concerned about renting from Beachtree because of the negative comments. Everything turned out fine. It wasn't a glamorous place, but it was ok. The reason there are so many ranges of comments is because they manage several villas in several complexes. Therefore, you won't know which complex (villa) you are getting until you check in. The unit above ours had tenants that were full time renters. The ceilings are very thin, so we heard walking, which of course sounded like stomping, into the night. I felt very comfortable after talking with Sonia and felt that she would place me in a good location after telling her I was very uncomfortable with all of the negative reviews. She came through on her word. As for the comments about not getting your security deposit back quickly--I view it that it is only $100.......they tell you very plainly that it will take up to 30 days to get it back. I don't understand why, but I was told about it upfront. Not sure about whether I would stay with Beachtree again because of not knowing what the other units or complexes are like. Like I said, ours was ok, but definitely needed a face lift and some nitty gritty cleaning.

  Nice exterior, gross interior, scary area

  It's not a good sign when there is a lock, two dead bolts and a chain lock on the door. I'm pretty sure there were drug deals going on. We were a late check in and could not find the correct building because it was not marked. The lighting was poor....it's not expensive to spring for some light bulbs. The inside was VERY dated....which I can deal with...but i can't deal with bad smells, mold in the shower and on the shower curtain, broken kitchen appliances and basically crappy setup. I could go on and on but I wont. Obviously I would not recommend...ever...

  Very Good Stay!

  Our family stayed at Beachtree Villas and found everything our family needed. The unit was very clean, spacious, and convenient to the attractions, restaurants, shopping. We appreciated all the money we saved by having some of our meals within the unit. We recommend this type of vacation for families who want to be together while still having their individual privacy with separate bedrooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

  family vacation

  This was our second time staying with Beachtree villas. I honestly thought the place we stayed in the first trip was nicer but this trip the place was also nice. Definitely spacious and more for your money. This time we stayed in the Villas at Laguna Bay. The place was clean however a few things could have been a little cleaner, like the dishes. The shower in the hall bathroom barely had a trickle, luckily there was one in the master bath. We didn't get to use the pool do to weather. But it was definitely convenient to the parks. Would be willing to stay again.

  Sicking disgusting

  It started off weird had to go to a house about 3 miles away to get key to where we was staying they charged a deposit for the pool key that we never used, the house was dated the WiFi was non Existent There where people at the house across from us with a vet out side playing video games at 2 am , the microwave door would stay closed the dish washer was stink and so was the rest of the house we burned incense the 3 days we stayed, the towels seemed like the cane from dollar tree, this place was horrible and to boot they guy didnt return our deposit he said the towels where dirty. I said what so what we paid a cleaning fee and still cleaned the house took out the trash and youre complaining about your dollar store towels he kept the deposit $100 and the pool key deposit $35 I wish that had been all I paid for that place, I will never go back there again !! And I do not recommend to any one
