  Excelente vista

  Me encantó este departamento no es de los modernos es un edificio bajo pero con una vista increíble desde todo el living y la cocina, tiene bajada a la playa y una piscina en la playa... Fue genial... Ideal para ir a pasear unas buenas vacaciones al mar estaba a super equipado! Lava y seca ropas, utensilios de todo!!!

  Great beach accommodation

  Pro's - What a surprise when we walked through the door. Initially disappointed that we were directed to the ground floor unit, but when we entered we were nicely surprised. Renovated, views of beach from every room, very spacious, massive back deck and direct access from back deck to pool and beach. We could sit on our back verandah and supervise kids in pool. Beds were comfortable and clean. Roof top common area was amazing and the view to the carnival happening along the beach was fantastic. Ensuite bathroom was a bit tricky as it did not have any privacy doors, but the big storage/walk in robe was fantastic for all our gear. Main concern was cleanliness of kitchen, benches had not been wiped down, cupboard doors needed a wipe and cutlery and plates/cups were not very clean and needed a scrub before we felt comfortable using them. Suggestion - Some kind of shade screen for the massive glass sliding doors to the dining area, or umbrella for the deck, because the glare and heat coming into the main living area was a bit uncomfortable in the morning and we could not get the air conditioning to work to cool the space down. Minor concerns because we loved our unit so much we have booked again for next year.

  Beach front pleasure

  From the moment you are greeted by Amber on arrival you feel like a guest in someone's home. Our ocean view 3 bedroom apartment had everything we needed for a family of 6. Comfortable, clean and great location. 20 minutes walk to to cavill avenue one way and 15 minutes to Broadbeach shops the other...absolutely prime location..Don't worry about price as it was one of the cheapest so worth every cent and more

  Exceptional Value

  What a great place to stay. Beachfront Viscount, Unit 9, was superb. This is a boutique building that is absolute beachfront. Most places on the Gold Coast say they are beachfront but you have to cross a road, but not this place, it is right on the beach, literally ! The building has been renovated and improved a lot and now looks good, very clean tidy and modernised despite being an older building. Thoroughly recommend Unit 9, great renovation and fully equipped, 3 spacious bedrooms and a brand new kitchen. Building Manager is very helpful and friendly as well.

  Double booked and cancelled 2 days later

  Double booked and cancelled 2 days later and offered other rooms of less value and not as nice and not what we required for the same price. Was very upset and due to thinking we had booked our holiday missed out on other accommodation that met our needs in the meantime.
