  Very Disappointed

  Nice new pool & good location but thats all. We stayed in a very dated, dirty & run down supposed to be 2 bedroom garden view appartment. The main bedroom had only a partition wall & no door so no privacy! There was mould in the bathroom & shower.The garden was unkept & lawns were dead & not mowed or edged. Only stayed 2 nights until we could move accommodation, unfortunately management wasnt interested & it was so bad we couldnt stay. There are so many other beautiful, clean & nicer places to stay with lush green gardens & shaded pool areas at the same cost.

  Fantastic location

  Just finishing a wonderful holiday staying at the beachfront terraces in Port Douglas QLD. The absolute best location, opposite the beach, short stroll to to the town centre with all the great shops and restaurants. We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with balcony views to the ocean. Highly recommend staying there for a relaxing holiday. Lovely friendly staff were very helpful.

  Excellent value for money in perfect location

  I have spent many holidays in Port Douglas but could never afford to stay on the Esplanade, which for me is the best location, overlooking four-mile beach. This time, sharing with my best friend visiting from UK, it was possible at Beachfront Terrace, and she thought it was paradise. We had apartment 205, which was a two-bedroomed, two-bathroomed two-storey apartment on the end of the block. Although the building is looking a bit dated, the apartment was spacious, spotless, much better equipped than any other Ive stayed in (even providing beach towels) and the beds and lounges of high quality and extremely comfortable. We had our own undercover parking at the back door, which was a bonus, and balconies front and back with outdoor furniture on each. Provided I can afford it, I will always stay here in future. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

  LOVE THIS PLACE Clean well appointed apartment. We stayed during January so it was great to have a nice cool, comfortable haven to come back to each day. GREAT LOCATION...easy walk to the beach and main street. The pool was fantastic Definitely will be booking again, thanks guys for making our stay so awesome.

  Outstanding

  One work... OUTSTANDING. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Stayed 10 nights Had room 304 a newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment. Was clean, tidy, fresh and roomy. Great deck which led to the pool and also had a fan. Every room was air conditioned which was great cause it was hot and humid (34 degrees). Close to Main Street and all restaurants (within easy walking distance) which we had a new one every night. The surfeys surf club across the road was our favourite. Pool was great and across from the beach. Only issue was the mid stay clean was a bit ordinary but as soon as we mentioned it we received an unexpected and unrequited apology gift and they had the cleaners return within a couple of hours to do another full clean to ensure we were happy in which we were. We have stayed in Port Douglas 3 times before in other places and this would have to be our best just due to the size. Full kitchen, bbqs, laundry with washer/dryer and 3 bedrooms. Will definitely staying here next time. Thanks for the outstanding accommodation.
