  Dirty rooms paid for ocean view didnt get it All I should off done was read reviews I asked for my money back but was refused so I left motel its too dirty for me Ashame about I couldnt get a refund lady said I gotta give 7 Days notice how was I too know my room was dirty and dead baby cockroaches

  Disappointed night away.

  Room was purchased as a "Thankyou gift" by a friend. First impressions, the room appeared tired and aged. The bed was advertised as a "King" but was 2 normal sized singles placed side by side with a noticeable lump in the middle. The floors appeaerd dirty, especially in the kitchenette area, and the stove was rusted and dirty around the burners. The fridge had grease marks on the door, and the door shelving was missing. The cutlery and cups were in a dirty state, and required a thorough wash before use.The bathroom floor was dirty, as was the shower floor. The showerdoor was broken and not working properly. The wardrobe/luggage storage area was dirty. The view to the Ocean was great, which is what raised the review status above "terrible". Howevr, the balcony was wet from air conditioning units from adjacent rooms dripping on it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. One other good thing was the airconditioner and ceiling fans which kept the room cool. Some positives were the view as stated, and the closeness to the beach and other attractions in Surfers, and the free wi-fi.

  Forget comfort.

  Couldn't wait to get out of here. Getting to sleep was hell as it was two single beds pushed together that kept separating at night and waking me up. It created a large lump down the 'bed'. Asked for a clothes horse to dry clothes, five days later- no clothes horse. Must have been too big an ask. Mould and cracked tiles in the bathroom, dirty air vent. There was no bedside lamp which meant I had to live under harsh fluorescent lighting the whole time. Hard to open sliding doors to the balcony and filthy light fittings. I'd rather sleep on the beach! Go elsewhere.

  Disappointed

  Free wifi, aircon, the Location of hotel, large rooms and level 29 views was the only good thing about this hotel. Payed for ocean view room yet to be looking Out over the city. Very disappointing as we could have saved money if we wanted to face the city. The room smells of cigarettes and appears dirty. Bed states king but was just two singles Pushed together with a lump in middle. Shower has mouldy air vent that would never pass regulations. No washing up or watching machine powder at all so couldnt wash dishes. Probably the reason everything is dirty.... dont see them washing the utensils after each stay....yuck. Parking is tight and limited but secure at least. Wont be rushing back unless it gets a revamp. Disappointing even though its a busy time just after Christmas.

  BEWARE BED BUGS

  We were eaten alive by bed bugs and the staff have refused to apologise, blaming it on either the people before us in the room, or that we brought them! There was a stain on the doona upon arrival which we ignored, however the way we have been treated after I was COVERED in bites from head to toe has been appalling. My bites were so bad they became infected and the experience ruined our holiday. The rooms are clearly not cleaned properly, which is not acceptable considering we are in the midst of a global pandemic. I have read similar reviews, the place clearly needs to be fumigated asap. DO NOT STAY HERE
