  No ir a ese Motel

  El Motel esta realmente sucio, dejado en las manos de Dios, la alfombra huele fatal, apenas entras el olor a cerrado y abandono se nota al instante. Es una verdadera pena, pues su situacion frente al mar es inmejorable. El Motel actualmente se encuentra en venta, espero el nuevo propietario sepa explotar estas instalaciones. A parte nos cobraron un extra de 5 dolares por nuestro niño de 3 años y medio, cuando en todos los moteles en q hemos estado, nadie lo ha hecho. Saludos y si quieren alojarse en el Beach Tropicals Motel recuerda antes de darte la ANTITETANICA

  Visited many years ago and hope to get back

  The location is gorgeous. Swim in the pool and look at the ocean, it was heaven! The room was clean and the staff nice. We ate a nice Mexican Place not far from the Motel. Had a really enjoyable stay. Our stay was long before 2019, it wouldn't date back farther than that.

  2 night stay

  This place does not pretend to be something it is not. 17 room motel with beach access and a nice pool with deck looking out into ocean. Small room with bed, fridge, micro wave, tight table and pair of chairs. Tiny bathroom where all worked well. Big bed and flat (really flat pillows). Room was clean but should do better job under the beds. Needs some fixing and modernizing. Wi-Fi worked great. The price is what you get and for us a night or 2 stay was perfect for needs. If you want more then look elsewhere and pay more. The area needs improved is new door handles and locks as they have taken weather beating. Staff was friendly and helpful about area. You are very close to shopping and resturant options. Would use again based on trip.

  Roach infested

  Do not stay at this motel my room was infested with German cockroaches crawling all over the refrigerator I was awakened at 4 a.m. in the morning with two cockroaches crawling on my arm the owner very rude would not compensate please do not stay here these are the pictures of all the little cockroaches that I killed over the course of a night actually a couple of hours the most horrible rudest on polite and respectful people I've ever met in my life

  Ignorance at its best

  I was looking to stay for 2 nights in a little motel. I found this place. And on their website its states before making a reservation (no pets allowed) but, if you require service animals call ahead. So I did. The guy I spoke to was telling me what the ada requires for a working dog. Like I don't know. That's a laugh. He said that they must be leashed and harnessed at all times. Especially, on his property. Well my moms working dogs are small and they are in bags to guarantee they have no obstruction for their job to be performed. And ada does state they must be leashed and harnessed UNLESS it prevents them from preforming their task. they DO NOT HAVE TO BE LEASHED AND HARNESSED. I was explaining something I should never have to explain. Any business any great business would know they can only ask 3 questions 1 being what the service animals task is. And then 2 other questions.. They CAN NOT TELL YOU THE WORKING DOG MUST BE LEASHED AND HARNESSED ON THEIR PROPERTY. Especially, if it interferes with the tasks they perform. It was poor management. I have been traveling all over the USA with my mom and her working dogs for 11years. I have only had a few IGNORANT UNEDUCATED run ins. But, this guy took the cake with his ignorance. The worse part of it was when you make a reservation you do not get your money back and he told me to make the reservation online funny bc it says call them. Trying to get me caught up. Make the reservation and they can deny you AND still take my money. Hell no.. But, anyway I found a beautiful place that was cheaper, Oceanside rooms ,in cocoa Beach and with much more to offer than this dump could offer and best part is i didnt have to deal with an ignorant person. Thats important.
