  40th Anniversary getaway

  Nice view beach and short distance to beach and Pismo Beach shops and restaurants. Nice room with comfortable bed, and small kitchen (two burners stove, microwave and big refrigerator - no oven) but happy with it. Make own breakfast in morning instead of going to restaurant. Approx. 5 to 10 minutes drive to Avila Beach. Nice small town.

  Nice place

  Room was very clean and well maintained, easy access to beach and downtown. Quick walk to restaurants and pier. The view was partial but was still good. There was a bar just below my room that played music for a bit not too long or too loud. Very close to downtown restaurants and shops. Only problem was there was no night staff for emergencies, problems, or accidental lock outs. No one answers the phone number after office closes. This room is a condo during the year and rented out during the off times of the owners. No AC in rooms, nice wall mount electric fireplace which lite up very soothing. TV has two remotes that were very confusing. The TV was a large screen with a great picture, smart Tv. Bed was super comfortable great patio balcony with table and chairs. Lots of restrictions as far as having anyone extra in the room or smoking on premises with notices of $500 extra charge if caught the front desk watched closely as people came and went, but they were very friendly. Full kitchen refrigerator microwave, sink, but if you use the pots and pans it is a additional $30 deposit, not sure why. There was plenty of room for a couch but there wa not one in the room. Closet space was very large

  Room 210

  Our room 210 was a nice room with ocean view and pretty bedspread, inviting. Until late that evening when we pulled back the covers. We were met with blood stains on the pillow cases and sheets! It was after 11 pm so we didnt call office, slept on the floor instead, sleeping on someone elses blood was not an option. Next morning we took photos of all blood stains and went to office to tell the staff. They seemed disturbed by our pictures and got the maid to replace our bedding with clean ones. Clean sheets is at the very least are required a good stay. Manager was notified, and concluded it was our blood and so they wouldnt compensate us for sleeping on the floor. They were rude and accusing us of creating a problem! I will never stay there again. Ever!!!I If you do, check the sheets!!!!! Who knows what you will find!

  Worst place ever

  Blood stained sheets! Fresh disgusting blood stains! No compensation for sleeping on the floor at 300 per night! Staff is the worst! Non caring, argogaunt, no customer relations, I would never ever recommend this disgusting place to anyone!

  Do not stay in room 209, such a disappointment, we stayed here a couple weeks ago in room 208 which was great, we were very happy with room 208 we came back 2 weeks later only to be told at first we could have room 208 but then a couple hours later that changed to room 209, we were told it was equally as nice, but that was not at all true, would not recommend
