  Great!!!!!!

  Increible mi cuarto muy limpio moderno,los pisos de mármol los muebles impecables,la cosina equipada con todo desde platos y cucharas asta sarténes y licuadora. El presio bajísimo yo reserve un 1bedroom executive suite y al acer el cheke-in y pedir un cuarto lejos de los de fumar me dieron un condominio de dos cuartos increíble por el mismo presio. Asta el próximo año....

  Worst vacation ever

  I rented thru a rental group. Our visit was for a little respite, rest, before my husband was to have surgery for cancer. The unit beside of us was being remodeled ( was not informed of this prior to our visit) . The noisy went in from the beginning of our visit til the end. We asked in Sunday if they could keep the noisy and their voices down. We reported the disturbance to our rental group. Some nights they literally worked all night. Sleep was very difficult. Debris was coming into our unit as it had adjoining door it would sound like they were trying to get in our unit. Because of renting thru a private rental company it wasnt like we could ask to be moved to a different unit. During the day while they worked they played their music so loud. The resort was working on their pools so most days you were limited to area to be in. This was so disappointing.

  Beach Cove Resort

  Considering Covid still has an effect on the true hospitality and service, our room and stay was good. I'm looking forward to see how Beach Cove operates at full capacity. Since the ice machines aren't running there should be some kind of alternative because all refrigerators aren't ice makers.

  Julia is heartless! This company isnt understanding and very money hungry! Good way to take from a single mother.

  I didnt even stay here, my 10 year old daughter was playing on my phone, somehow got to my booking app and accidentally brought a room as soon as a got a confirmation email and realized what she did, not even 5 mins, I called and explained what happen and tried to get my money back. They told me its nothing they could do and they still took my money. At this point I called booking.com and spoke with Carin B. She was a total sweetheart she explained that this has happened before with other properties and this property shouldnt have a problem giving the money back, she explain the decision wasnt up to her and that she has to reach out to JULIA and get an answer. The answer Julia gave was some bullcrap about the cancellation policy, which is funny because I didnt authorized the payment my child did and I didnt know anything of the purchase until I started to receive emails stating That A room was booked. Im a single mother struggling in this pandemic. They took $290 of my light bill money. A trip wouldve been nice but unfortunately I cant afford a trip. Im struggling as a single mother and Ill pray that now my electricity doesnt get turned off. I called and begged and begged and explained that it was a accident and my child authorized the payment! Not me and JULIA the property manager still was heartless and said no. Im guessing she doesnt have children or she is just a heartless evil money hungry person. We are in the middle of a pandemic Ive been struggling since this started. I know these people dont know me and they probably still wont care when they see this but I hope that everyone else see this and see the true colors of Julia and this business.

  Fun had by all

  The stay here was very awesome for the whole family. Mother hadnt been to Myrtle Beach since her younger days with her mother. The room was just what we needed. Beautiful view of private beach. Love.
