  Paradise island caters for all your needs.

  Top quality hotel our rooms are well equipped and very quiet for a good nights sleep. A balcony to watch over the gulf ,seen fantastic electric storms in the evening times. Near white beaches you can walk to the pier to eat out or drop into the Pink Shell for food. Nearly 20yrs of coming here we missed out once as it was closed due to a dangerous Hurricane. A 40mins drive gets you to historic Fort Myers town and Shopping Malls. We swim and sunbath at the pool where all the owners are very friendly and go out of there way to make you at home . There's the excellent Trolley stop on the street that runs you the length of the Island. A nature reserve at the top of the Island surrounded by beaches full of shells to pick in the mornings.

  First time but not the last!

  We had never been to Ft. Myers beach and were not sure what to expect. The unit we stayed in was on the second floor. At first when we entered we noticed the "beigeness" of the unit, however, as soon as we opened the drapes on the balcony slider we did not notice the beige anymore. The view of the gulf more than made up for the plainess of the unit. The balcony was large and screened and when we spent all of our "indoor" time out there. The unit was clean, roomy and provided the basic essentials for our stay. If you are looking for spa type luxory this is not the place for you. If you are looking for great views, white beaches, nice people, and a relaxing time you will find it here.The staff were helpful and friendly as well. Be sure to attend the Monday morning coffee and doughnuts by the pool-that way you will know where the ice maker is!! We have already recommeded this place to family and fully intend to return when we can.

  Love My Timeshare!

  Beach Club 1 is one of the nicest timeshares I have ever been to. We purchased a two bedroom unit a few years ago, and look forward to going every year. My sister in law also owns a unit, and we always travel together. We have back to back weeks, which makes it nice. Beach Club 1 is constantly maintained, and updated. The staff is very friendly, and can always found when needed. They are extremely prompt if and when you have any issues.

  Average but comfortable

  This place wasn't 5 stars, but nice enough for our needs. We were warned to bring our own beach towels since they don't provide them, unless you are willing to pay $20.00 for theirs. We just went to Wal-Mart and bought a couple of cheap ones. The furniture was dated, but it's right on the beach, and within a small walk to the pier and town where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again. Very relaxing.
