  Wonderful

  I was at Be cosy with my husband and child. We had really nice time. All staff are very friendly. Nice service at the restaurant. Breakfast is very nice with a variety of choices. Our room was tidy and spacious. The only things is that swimming pool is small when the house is full not so much space and it's written no reserved sun bed but still some people reserved it and nobody from the high management is concerned about. But overall it was nice time at be cosy.

  Mildew, cockroaches and dirt

  You can stop looking, this is the worst hotel of all hotels. No cleaning, staff unfriendly, pool disaterous, food horrible, cockroaches, ants and bird poop everywhere. Complained to hotel staff but with no result. We contacted oru travel agency TUI and they confirmed that the Hotel have "difficulties" and that several people hade complainet and that TUI will try to get out of their contract with the hotel. Looking forward to the "Dear Alex, thank you for tour bla bla bla" response from the cheap and unfriendly hotel manager.

  Good but not great

  Well been to this hotel for 4-5 times now, I've given great ratings before but now sincerely the hotel management should think of a little renovation and staffs training. Upon arrival it's still the same but for an apart hotel you can't expect any better. But other hotel staffs from contractors needs improvement, the dinner was nice but breakfast needs more variety. We went for 1 night stay but then prolonged it to two days for the only fact that there was not much people around, tranquility and was really close to beach. I would point out again that the property badly needs some renovations.

  Post birthday mini escape - 2019

  A usual Be Cosy Apart guest since 2015. As the name suggests it's definitely Cosy. Great location and concept. The hotel has always accede to my request for a first floor room. They could add some more varieties to break the monotony. Dinner in The Spoon restaurant was nice. Overall, we loved the stay. Would definitely come back again!

  Worst 3 Star in Mauritius for Quarantine

  Worst... When we entered the room their is only water as another Hotel Veranda,Sugar Beach etc are having soft drinks and variety of juice set up already.... About cleaning materials and so on... Telephone not good and TV most of the time no signal not WiFi in the room. Breakfast is the worst here 2 boiled eggs,1 juice and 1 bread thats all, no tea and coffee... Just Wow
