  Highway Motel

  Large room, but I found it quite noisy as you can hear the traffic and the people checking in - but once I turned on the noisy air conditioner, it drowned out that noise. Nice TV and full cable; good selection of soaps and lotions. Houskeeping apparently forgot to leave the correct cups for the coffee maker so I left early without a cup of coffee; bed was horrible and lumpy. There was a "skid" mark on the chair by the desk. I realize this is in-season, but I would suggest a rate of $60 not $115.

  Stayed here as a guest for a wedding

  If you are considering a place to send your guests for a wedding in the crows nest pass, I would strongly not recommend this one. The rooms are now non-smoking, however it is very evident that at one point the rooms were smoked in. There was a lingering cigarette smell in the room. We also felt we could not remove our shoes because the carpets were in bad condition. There was multiple stains, and clumps of hair floating around. I would expect a room to have normal wear and tear, but the state of our room was gross. There were areas that could have really used a wipe down. There were dirty finger/hand prints on the doors. The only thing that was acceptable about the room were the top sheets. The sheets were clean, and bed was comfortable, but that did not lead to a good sleep. The lingering cigarette smell was enough to keep us up through out the night. Please do not send your guests here, they will not sleep well.

  Comfortable and clean

  We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have never been disappointed. This stay was a last minute decision and after we booked the room found out the hotel was fully booked due to a rodeo nearby, but as normal, it was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean, and spacious and the bed comfy. Our only fault with the place is you can hear people walking overhead and along the walkway, but once you get used to that it is a peaceful sleep. There were some guests who went outside a few times to smoke in their big diesel work truck and they seemed to forget that there were other guests in the Inn, but you get those at any place you stay. The Inn is easy to reach from the highway and has good parking. My tip of the day is get a room upstairs at the end of the motel that is away from the office. If you are unable to climb stairs, a room on the lower end of the Inn at the same place works just as well.

  Good Night's Sleep

  We were given a great rate. The room was clean, the lady at the desk was very pleasant. The sandwich shop across the street was closing but got everything out again and made sandwiches for us. It was all we needed. Aaaand the bed was comfy. Located on main highway.

  Always Enjoy The View From The Balcony Rooms

  We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Have always had the pleasure of staying in the suites with balconies. The main floor one has 2 chairs and a table on the balcony, which is a bonus. The upper floor has no patio furniture at all. The main floor suite has a large jacuzzi for a pleasant soak. The rooms are clean but showing signs of wear and tear. The sinks were slow to drain and there was mold around one set of taps.........carpets worn looking. All & all it was fine. We stayed 2 nights each time this summer and because of Covid asked not to have any maid service which worked out OK. There are a lot of workers at this hotel but the parking is great. I truly love the view from the balconies and the close proximity to some good eating establishments. There is a central ice machine on the ground floor, Staff are helpful and we will be returning again soon.
