  Perfect retreat in the countryside near Ceglie

  Nice little paradise 5' from Ceglie with an angel as our host. Antonella will do whatever she can to make you feel at home! We did not stay in the trullo itself, but our apartment was well equipped as well. Only the sofa was not very comfortable, but that is a minor detail!

  Paradise

  What a fabulous place, we did not want to leave. We stayed in the mini suite Melagrano which has been lovingly restored and contained everything we needed. Homemade preserves and cakes made by our lovely host Antonella, fresh figs from the garden, local olive oil, superb grounds with a large swimming pool - we could not have asked for more. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed situated in lovely countryside which is totally unspoiled, we will definitely be back.

  Perfect stay with top quality accommodation and facilities

  We stayed at the Melograno mini suite at Il Trullo dei Messapi for 5 nights ( 29/6-4/7) and loved every moment. Everything was perfect and we loved the small touches that our host Antonella provided as well- the well stocked fridge when we arrived and the daily fresh bread, biscuits and cake. Her guidance on local restaurants in Ceglie and places to visit was very helpful. We especially liked spending time in Alberobello, Ostuni and Locorotondo. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and the garden furniture was exceptionally good and of top quality and we will be very happy to recommend this accommodation to our friends.   And......breathe......wonderful!!

  Have just come home from a wonderful stay in Antonellas guest house. We had the Trullo, which had all the amenities we needed and was beautiful inside and out. The property is situated in the countryside a couple of miles outside the town of Ceglie Messapica and central for visiting places of interest, although a car is a must. Antonella, a friendly and warm hostess, brought us fresh bread every day and gave us other things such as homemade cakes, preserves, fruit etc and nothing was too much trouble for her. We were able to enjoy a much needed week of rest and relaxation, enjoying the pool tremendously! Thank you Antonella

  Perfect Tranquility

  This is our second stay at the Trullo, this time with friends. We wanted to share this beautiful, peaceful haven as we had such a lovely break the first time with our daughters. The trullo and apartments have been lovingly restored to an amazing standard, so many little touches - gorgeous embroidered linens and welcome basket with lovely fresh fruit, cakes, bread and home made preserves. The pool is a wonderful space with plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas. Antonella and her husband are fabulous hosts who are so helpful and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. If you get the opportunity go - this property is just perfect, you will not be disappointed!
